GLEE!

Today was funfun. Woke up around 11AM and dragged our asses out of bed to go to the zoo.

We spent 6 HOURS there. Which is amazing, cause we ususally don't have that kind of time to waste. So it was really nice because we were able to see pretty much everything, some things twice. And LEMURS. :D:D:D And the leopards were actually out (okay, one was sleeping, but he was in prime picture-taking position). We did lots and lots of walking and stuff. The wolves weren't out, unfortunately, but it was probably a little warm for them. But we spent a long time with the bats and I watched the tree shrews (which are SO CUTE) and the lemurs for awhile. And I bought TJ a manta ray plushie. It's cute and soft.

After the zoo, we went to...uh. Um. Parma. And we stopped at a thrift store on the way and I snagged a nice pair of sneakers for, like, $4. They're black and blue. I think. I'm pretty sure those are the colors. Then we went to Parmatown to wander and played two games of DDR. Not as good as the previous time, but ah well. I was moving too fast and my legs weren't up for it after 6 hours of walking. But that's okay. From there we got Chipotle.

Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, Chipotle.

And then we headed homeward. Stopped at Hollywood Video and picked up a few videogames and the first Tomie movie, which I'd been wanting to see.

So today was definately enjoyable. Nice way to waste a nice, beautiful day. This is, like, the short and cheap version of a very long day. So suck it up, people. :D

I'm going to BREAK THE COMPUTER.

It crashed, as usual. And I lost, not only the Linkin Park video I had almost finished downloading, but a doll I was working on for a sister banner. That I had JUST SAVED, but the computer decided to remove it from the computer anyhow. Lovely.

Okay, so I thought getting more RAM would help the computer. It did. For all of one day. Apparently, it's taken the sadistic pleasure of simply crashing at random for no apparent reason. I could just be staring at the screen and boop! Blue Screen of Death. Giving me the same shit about the memory and the drivers and shit. When nothing new has been installed on the computer.

I can be running one single program and it'll find a reason to reboot. And I was doing an oekaki today, which I can normally do as long as it's one of only a few programs open (normally AOL and AIM are up by default) and I got halfway done with it and the computer decided to crash. Lovely. Luckily, I saved the inkwork of it, so I can color it on my own time.

I really can't figure out what the hell is wrong with the computer now. I think, when we get the new computer, I'm going to either reinstall 98 on this one (cause it actually WORKED. Not like XP, which we don't have the power to run on this comp.) or re-partition the drives. OR, simply reformat the fucking bitch again.

I'm going to kill something. >_
