Yesterday was goooorgeous. TJ and I went out walking and we took the bus out to Stow to pick up a few things we needed for the house. I finally found GOOD non-photo blue pencils (I know Prismacolor carries them, but they're too soft.) with a nice hard lead. So that makes me pleased, since my old non-photo blue pencil is maybe two inches long now. Also stopped at the head shop to look at the price of pipes (a late birthday gift for my mother, not for myself), but I think I'll need to save or wait a little before buying her a nice one.

I've had all of the windows in the house open. Including some creative uses for the broken down critter cage we have (the wire panels come apart and they fit PERFECTLY in our windows) so the cats don't get on the roof or poke around outside and risk falling. They're good about not trying to be stupid on the windowsills when they're open without a 'screen', but I wanted to leave the windows open while we were gone, so it was a good solution.

Plus, the squirrel that lives in our attic can't get IN the house either.

I bought some more seeds that I need to plant. Pumpkin, cherry tomato and cantaloupe. :3 I'd like to do strawberries, as well, but they tend to GROW all over the place. I want baby corn, as well. But I haven't found it anywhere yet.

Last night we BBQ'd and pulled the Tv out on the porch to watch Supernatural. I'm sure the neighborhood appreciated our squealing and screaming. Then I remember we live in a college town and there's more shrieking at 3AM than any other time. But it was nice and it's nice to actually have a porch to hang out and bullshit on.

Today, we'll probably be outside a lot. I THINK we're gonna be huge nerds and go down to the riverwalk and LARP. We've been playing the Supernatural RPG and we're pretty HUGE fags, so it's likely to happen.

I'm going to my mom's for Easter on Sunday. Probably going to wait until AFTER to tell her about Sabrina so she doesn't get upset.

My birthday is on the 8th.

I have two essays I need to do for class next week. One is due on Monday. I haven't even started. Then again, it's really my fault because I intended on going up to the library and getting books and doing it BEFORE last weekend, but I didn't. Plus, it was nasty and rainy for a few days there. Ick.

Still jobless, though I have a few new places that are actually hiring to put applications in at. Because, believe me, I need whatever work I can get. I'm getting tired of having to bum money off of people for gas just to get to class during the week.

I've been thinking about maybe selling prints of my photography for some extra cash. Because god knows I need it. Plus, I do have quite a few good shots.

Still trying to sell (CHEAP) originals over on Etsy. I don't have any extra money to get more fabric and such needed for my bags and stuff, unfortunately, so that won't be happening for a little while.

Blah blah, this post kinda went downhill really fast. D: I know why that is, but...still. :/

While having a conversation about old characters, old art and the like, TJ and I were reminded of our short-lived (mostly because of me) webcomic we had years ago. I mentioned that I didn't think I had the images any more.

BUT THEN.

I REMEMBERED THE URL.

http://furrality.furtopia.org

Good lord, that is all sorts of WTF and failery.

I'm CLEANING my computer room today. It's needed it for a long time and I would start, but get nowhere before. Tonight, since there's nothing going on (TJ's sleeping and Angie went to bed, so I don't have fagging to do), I decided to buckle down and get it done.

Plus, it make me feel rejuvenated. I like a clean working space. Sometimes it may seem like chaos, but as long as it's tidy and I can find things, it makes me happy and more likely to work on artwork and the like.

I have SO. MANY. T-SHIRTS. But I can't bare to part with any of them. I guess I'm making up for getting hand-me-downs and, well, things that weren't MINE when I was younger. It took a long time for me to actually get a WARDROBE, so I'm kind of attatched to it. Plus, I just really like t-shirts.

I've been finding my old jeans that I've worn through (hi there, fat thighs). I tend to wear a pair of jeans until they give in. So I have a handful of pairs around the house that I no longer wear, but I haven't thrown out yet because I want to find another pair of them. Yes, it sounds weird, but all the jeans I wear tend to be SUPER comfortable. A 'favorite pair' sort of thing. So I'd love to replace them before doing something else (possibly reconning) with them.

Karen bought us a little bit of food. Mostly necessities, milk, eggs, bread. She also got us some meat (fish, steak, ham). So that helps a little. We have a small bit of gas, too. Krispy-love is sending me a little money so, while the internet is probably going to be cut off Monday (unless some miracle happens), I can still pay it when I get the monies from her. Which is good. My mom is also taking me down to campus (so we don't have to use gas) for my Writing final on Monday. This is also good.

I'm trying not to let a bad situation get me down. I have food for my animals, Christmas is around the corner and both sets of parents said they'll help out with gift cards and money so we can survive until January. I know most people would be all bitchy about a lack of presents, but I just want to be comfortable. I don't need a lot of gifts, most things I buy for myself, so it's not a huge deal anyhow. Sometimes it's too much of a pain to describe what you want to someone and them not really 'getting it'. Plus, we got a digital camera last year and it's still working fine!

Still trying to rehome critters, since it's going to be difficult enough to get a place with the ferrets and the ratties. Bunch of hairless rats to find homes for (the ones that we, oops, ended up with in August because some people don't know how to sex rats properly), need to find Shank (the bunny) a new home, as well. I need to call a few people this coming week and figure some things out.

I'm also trying to figure things I NEED when I get my money next month. I do need new glasses, it's been...almost four years with this perscription. Plus, I want new frames really bad. Aside from that, pay my bills and work out some sort of food thing. I'm thinking I'll, y'know, actually use my Sam's Club membership and buy non pershibles (sides, canned veggies, stuff like that) because those are the things we usually go for last when eating stuff in the house. I'm just trying to think of ways to be more efficient with my money. Although, having a job will also help with that. It'd be nice to have some money going back IN the bank when some comes OUT.

So, overall, doing a lot better than I was last post. This is good. I get like that sometimes, but it passes. I know it always does, but it doesn't change the initial flip out for whatever reason. Once I get it out, it starts to get better.

I feel like I keep forgetting to update here, but I just don't have a lot to say, I guess.

We're house sitting at Rob's for the weekend. This means I get to use his delicious Intuos tablet and further my justification for planning to buy one with my financial aid money in January. I told myself I would wait until I moved to Kent to get a laptop, but maybe I'll just wait for next semester instead. It really depends on which will be cheaper and what my money situation looks like then. Getting a place is going to be #1 priority, then getting a stable job, which shouldn't be an issue since places are ALWAYS hiring out there.

Job finding here has been zilch, however. I doubt I'll be able to find anything for the holidays now (despite some places still hiring). But, it's only a month and a half before next semester and we've dealt with worse situations for much longer before.

I'm sort of making commission progress. Some things I don't seem to have references to, or contact information any longer. This troubles me, as I try to keep those things in line well. I suppose I'll work on what I have and try to find what I don't, then.

I really just want to wash my hands clean of commissions come January. I don't mind a commission here and there, but it's not going to be anything more than sketches or inkwork. Full digital pieces just take me too long and it's such a pain. I'd rather devote my time to school and personal work. I want to be able to post up dumb sketches and whatever I want without having that twinge of guilt there.

Thanksgiving was nice. We brined the turkey, though it wasn't quite as flavorful as last year. It was still tender and tasty, of course. And that's all I need!

We mostly just loafed around and RPed, really. It's been a lot of that lately and I'm really enjoying the plot stuff we're doing. Who needs a gaming group and a storyteller?

Something of Poe I had sketched about a week ago. Inked in Sai and halfassed the color. Hurrah!

I also cleaned up my f-list. Don't be offended if I removed you, it's likely because you hadn't updated in a long time.

Bif Naked - Honeybee

This weekend was pretty fuckwin awesome.

We went up to Angie's because Angie was like "Guyz, I'm bored. I'm also getting some money on Monday and I will toss you some gas cash if you come keep me companies and we can fag a bunch." and we were all "Hell fuckin' yeah, we've got enough gas to get up there and we just bought food for our critters!".

So we drive up and meet Angie at her work and we stand around downtown for about ten minutes figuring out what to do. We decide to go over to The Loft and get a pitcher of beer (because, stupid cheap). I can't believe I drank beer. Yeah, it wasn't great beer, but all beer tastes like crap to me no matter what the pricetag. I can TOLERATE it if I don't chug it. So I didn't drink a whole lot...until we got the Christmas Ale (hereby dubbed the 'Krampus Ale'). It was....terrible. I tasted like a rancid bonfire. I was expecting, like, holiday spices. Y'know, the tasty ones. Not that they improve beer much, but still. So Angie and I ended up chugging some and then we all tried to finish it off by chugging a mug each and it was just awful.

Afterwards, we walked up to EuroGyro and split some food. Angie and I were SO BUZZED from the beer. I didn't expect it AT ALL. But, looking back, I drank what I normally drank of that sort of thing (as in, not hard liquor) and it makes sense now. But I was stupid giggly and shit. It was hilarious. Angie and I had to walk down to the ATM to get cash because the credit machine at the Gyro was down. We were singing and being generally happy-loud the whole way. It was pretty fabulous.

I found a SD memory card in front of the ATM, as well. I posted it up on Craigslist in hopes someone's looking for it. It's got photos of some kids at a petting zoo, nothing incriminating. So I kinda hope someone claims it because I'd be pretty upset if I lost my camera memory card (and it's 4GB!).

We had delicious fried ravioli and jojos and wings (well, except for Angie on that last part) at the Gyro and Angie fired up the jukebox and we rocked out with some people nearby to I'm On A Boat and Like A Boss. It was pretty fucking amazing.

Back to Angie's, some drama ensued with her mother (despite the fact they're roommates and, GOD FORBID people enjoy themselves on a Saturday night), but it then passed after watching YouTube videos and fagging.

Sunday, we sat around and watched half of the first season of Supernatural, because this is Angie's first time seeing it. I feel bad because we've spoiled some things, but I hope learning WHY they happen make it just as good. :V

Later on, Angie and I walked out to get fixin's for pasta. We were going to grab stuff from the Circle K right by her house but, well, that was a bust. Then we considered fast food, but I was like "We're halfway there, we may as well walk to the Acme and save money". So we did and spent $7 on pasta stuff for everyone. Long, faggy walk back home talking about character stuff and plot things we're planning. Cooked food, sat around, watched more Supernatural. Eventually, we loafed around just headpeople developing and drawing and such.

Today we walked up to meet Angie on campus. However, it ended up raining and we all had to get a ride home. But after we got home, we took Angie's mom's car and went out driving, since Angie needed to do some Christmas shopping. We pretty much drove around and rocked out to some mix CDs we had (because Angie's mom doesn't have a cassette player in her car, just a CD one. We use the cassette tape things for our MP3 players.).

Eventually, back to Angie's and gathered up our stuff (though, I think I left the 360 controller on the couch) and headed home. TJ and I rocked out to some AC/DC and Zepplin on the way home and then we got online and fagged a little and set up things for scene tomorrow that's going to be pretty amazing.

Now, I might go hang out in bed for a bit, since TJ has a headache and I feel like drawing some.

I'm feeling really good and it's pretty nice.

We're gonna try that moving thing sometime after January. It's going to be a hassle to transfer classes, but whatever. Angie's going to look around for places for us, since she knows what we like/what we're looking for.

Krispy, can you let me know what your situation is so I can incorporate that into our plans?

I need to break out of that left-facing 3/4 view. FFS.

Is it sad that I'm REALLY FUCKIN STOKED to be in the short zombie film Rob and his friends are doing for school?

Cause I really, really am.

I GET TO GET EATEN IT'S GONNA BE AWESOME.

I gotta find some clothes I'm alright with getting messed up, considering I'm going to be running around in the woods and then tackled and where we're filming it at might be muddy, depending on the weather. But I want to be prepared.

Also, find my other steel-toed boot. It's SOMEWHERE.

We spent Friday/Saturday at Angie's. Hung out at her work and bullshat with her and her friend Greg for awhile. Greg is running a WoD game, which was the other reason we trekked up. He's pretty freakin' awesome and is just as crazy as the three of us. After they got off work, we went up to the student center and gamed for a bit before they closed up at close to 2AM and we went to a little hidden bar where we grabbed a gyro and hung around until last call.

Then Greg and the rest of us parted ways and we headed back to Angie's and stayed up for a few hours lulzing about things in general before we finally crashed.

Woke up around noon, riled ourselves up and we out driving around to the craft stores and thrift stores (Oh, Village Discount in Cuyahoga Falls, how I love thee.). I scored and A. MAZ. ING. 100% silk 'corset' (I think it was originally part of a prom dress, actually) that actually FIT ME. I was amazed. I don't know what I'll wear it with, but it's pretty fab. I also got a nice, thin long-sleeved shirt with some crazy ass faded graphics on it. It's by Topless California, who's shirts apparently don't run under $30 each. And a Kuromi hoodie that's really cute. TJ also found me a really neat skeleton hand tee by Evil Genius Clothing, which ALSO doesn't go for below $30, I guess. What's with all these high end brands showing up at the Village in Cuyahoga? I think this is why I like to take my time out there and find really good stuff.

We also found a NICE little asian market on the way home and bought a bunch of foodnoms. I got a bag of calamari and squid and shit but I don't know what to do with it now! I'll have to find some recipies. I also got a few more ornigri shapers (just the regular shapes) and saw they have pretty laquered bento boxes.

After shopping we went back to Angie's and got changed to go up to Bounce. After a PRETTY FABULOUS detour because the ramp for 90 west was CLOSED FOR SOME REASON, we got to drive around Cleveland for, like, thirty minutes and waste time. But the club was good, as usual. A LOT of drag kings (which are either hit or VERY, VERY MISS) and Kari Nicols dacing to PINK FOR EVERY SET SHE DID FFS WOMAN, FIND SOME DIFFERENT MUSIC. But I really love when they have the girls (real girls) dancing.

Saw this one chick totally rocking out to DJ Kool's Let Me Clear My Throat on the dance floor. Like, had a whole set going and everything. It was amazing and she somehow reminded me of [livejournal.com profile] starc and I don't know why. They also played fucking House of Pain and Naughty By Nature. Which was hilarious, because Angie and I were discussing how we're kinda looking forward to 90s theme nights (because you know they're coming) and the juvvies having only one mixtape of old fuckin' music in the house.

Then we took Angie home and decided to drive home instead of staying over again.

Watching Supernatural is starting to get to me in the sense I'm seeing things at night and going 'WTF WAS THAT LET'S GO CHECK IT OUT'.

Of course, this doesn't differ much from normal...

I have a presentation in Writing tomorrow. I need to write up index cards so I don't just ramble on about Fox + politics. I also have a Psych assignment, but that's nothing, I'm just being lazy about doing it.

Other than that, I can't say there's been much interesting going on. Critters are doing alright (though nude Runt finally passed on yesterday, we'd been expecting it for a little while now, he was pretty old) and the house is in one piece, so that's pretty awesome!
obliviousally_lj: (Default)

Yeah, I know how awesome I am taking Myspace-esque pictures of myself in the bathroom on campus.

Also, this was on someone's car today: http://fallenangel.furtopia.org/PHOTOS/2009/091014_billymays.png

I realize I haven't updated much lately. Not necessarily that I haven't had anything to write about but more like I haven't felt like writing. Really busy, I suppose.

I've been doodling a lot in class. Especially Psychology because it seems SO LONG and it's pretty boring a lot of the time.

A 'lumpy' Steph, a not-so-great Laurie, a winter Pepper (tail cozy!) and an Ally. Also, lol at the first three being pretty much the same pose. I'm so goddamn creative.

Watched the first five episodes of Supernatural last night and we're really enjoying it. I wasn't sure about Dean at first (because I saw one of the 5th season episodes first, the Fallen Idols one) so I couldn't pass good judgement, but he's an amazing snarky bastard. TJ loves him, which is hilarious. He also reminds us of a male Laurie, which is also hilarious.

It is a lot like watching early seasons of the X-Files except swapping out aliens for paranormal bullshit.

TJ's birthday was yesterday! I got him a card and a Three Worgen Moon shirt and a Horde decal and a little bat Skeleanimal. Also, cards from almost all thee critters in the house. There were, like, ten or so.

We also picked up some Kraken rum that was new at the liquor store. Oh, that stuff is nasty. 92 proof and black spiced. But the bottle's cute! Which probably factored into us buying it.

We're going out this weekend with Angie, probably up to Bounce or The Chamber, not sure exactly.

Today I'm all congested and feel like blah.

This is probably the coolest thing I've come across while hunting for music and I'm ALMOST TEMPTED to download:

http://thepiratebay.org/tag/Now+Thats+What+I+Call+Music

It's the original UK edition (US is only on volume 31 or so), so there's probably a lot of groups and artists I've never heard of.

BUT. I need to sort through the stuff I downloaded recently first!

Her one hand is too big. UGH. HATE.

We stopped at The Menagerie while out and about today and I managed to score some kitchewear I'd been meaning to aquire for awhile now.

I've been wanting some vintage Pyrex cookware. Casserole dishes, stuff like that. I wanted my OWN kitchen stuff because, well, I don't have any of my own. I have two grody cake pans that I have to line with tinfoil because they're so old. I think my newest pan is a round baking pan. But I REALLY wanted CUTE cookwear, so when I came across a website with some vintage Pyrex stuff I knew I NEEDED.

Today I found only one vintage Pyrex piece a oval casserole dish in Butterfly Gold. But I also found two newer (maybe?) Pyrex baking dishes (in that amber color), an 11x7 and an 8x8, I believe. And this SUPER CUTE Le Persil la Sauge (or, Spice of Life) Corningware casserole dish. It's little, too, like, 1.5 quarts. TJ also got muffin/cupcake pans. ❤ ❤ ❤

I told my mom I wanted vintage cookware for Christmas, so maybe I'll see if she'll get me either the pink Gooseberry or maybe the brown Forest Fancies. But, damn if I don't love that pink color over the brown. D:

What else today? We basically spent the afternoon wandering around the mall area. Bought a few cheap things from Hot Topic because they were having a half-off half-off sale. Picked up some food and some Halloween stuff from the dollar store.

I've got Drawing homework to do (still life aaaaaugh) and...Psych, I believe? I'll have to check. Oh, and peer responses for Writing. :X

Rob Liefeld makes my head explode a la Ted Kord. Yes. Really. This is what his Twitter consists of. Lots of fapping at Marvel and being a fuckhueg fanboy over things that, for the most part, suck. Also, he likes to use his Twitter to write blog-sized posts in snippets of 140 characters. UUUUGH.

He also never replies to the constructive criticism I give him when he posts art. Sad face.

I totally forgot to write about going to the reptile show last weekend and bringing home two leezards. We originally went to get a beardie, because we miss having one and they're awesome pets. But we ended up getting something different, but with the same personality and temperment to a bearded dragon.

Meet SC. Or Steve. Or...Steve's Cock. You all can thank Squeeji for that one.

He's a Great Plated Lizard and SUPER laid back. He'll get a little bigger than what he is right now, as well.

We also got a Tropical Girdled Lizard (sold in pet stores as an armadillo lizard, but they're not true Armadillo Lizards because they don't do the curl-into-a-ball-and-bite-my-tail thing. He's very skittish, however. I hope he comes around a bit because pets I can't hold are lame.

Laurie + James. You can see I used a different pencil on James and Laurie's one arm because I was a tard and grabbed a different one from my bag after travelling from the student lounge to the computer lab while waiting for TJ to get out of class. I don't exactly know what's going on here. Laurie's probably getting ready to bitch about something. And James' face looks /halfway/ decent for once. I do like how the bodies came out though. || A Poe that I did sometime after the trip to Clearfield. I forgot it was in my sketchbook. :X

We watched The Vampire Diaries for lulz and it didn't make us vomit up blood. Better than Twilight but, really, WHAT ISN'T BETTER THAN TWILIGHT. Everything is a step up from self insert Mary Sue fanfic with failpires.

I haven't updated in awhile because I've been really busy. Crafting, planning, cleaning, organizing, convention prepping, etc., etc.

I've also been crampy and recovering from my toothache. WHICH HAS FINALLY WENT AWAY OH THANK GOD.

I read Spider-Man: One More Day the other day, because it's tied in with Civil War. Oh god, it was pages upon pages of PETER WANGSTING only made readable by the appearance of Dr. Strange and Mephisto being a jackass. It was really quite annoying to trudge through. I was disappointed.

Also, me and TJ got custard today. <3<3<3<3<3<3

Age Meme for Laaaaaaaurie. Because she's fun to draw.

I've gotta get through the rest of the badges I need to finish. FFFF.

I think, for Anthrocon, I'm going to have:

✦ Art Cards/ACEOs (2.5x3.5)
✦ Larger Art Cards (3.5x4)
✦ Mini Badges (2x3-ish)
✦ 3x6 Badges
✦ A small amount of prints, depending on if I can get more ink for the printer. Both 8x11 and 4x6.

Strange dreams, strange dreams.

I'm getting into a house where TJ is being kept. We're trying to get out together and I get out first and he tells me to run and she'll catch up. I run and run and run and I'm in the country and every house I rest by, there's people trying to catch me to get me back to wherever. I don't understand why we're in such high demand or why these people want us containted, but I don't like it one bit.

The dream shifts a bit and I'm in the same country place, but not being hunted or held. A boy around my age is visiting me and we spend a lot of time sitting in the vast, grassy front yard talking until the sun starts to set and cast long yellow shadows over the fields nearby. I offer him a shortcut through the field across the street to get back to his home. I don't recall if he leaves before things change again.

Then, it's just dreams about the fandom high school RP we're doing. Nothing specific or detailed, however.

I've been working on this all day. Poe, why must I feel like I'm not doing you justice if I don't include eight million clothing details and shit? Aaaaaaugh. I still have to add her markings, too.

That somehow reminded me.

I had a dream about Shawn last night. A lot of weird shit happened and we were in a school of some sort (it reminded me of Jefferson, actually). I had left one of the rooms to sit in the hall and put my shoes on (I remember them being my green shoes). Shawn was out there sitting on a bench and he came over and sat behind me on the floor and was asking me if I wanted to 'go back to his shop (or garage?) for a few days'.

I flipped out on him, grabbing his hands and shoving him against the wall, yelling something about what a sleaze he was (I guess he was still with Cristina in my dream). I jumped to my feet and I recall TJ and maybe some other people showing up. I know for sure I spat on him, but I might've kicked him while he was down.

I woke up with, I don't know, this weight lifted off of me it seemed like.

Like I've FINALLY washed my hands of him.

We didn't even have anything serious, so I don't know WHY is stuck around so goddamn long.

Drawing Day 2009

There's a lot of drawing stuff going on this month and during the summer. There's a sketch-a-day thing going on on DA, ArtSlam on LJ (and elsewhere, I think?), Drawing Day tomorrow.

It mostly reminds me that I don't doodle enough. :/

There's also a naked Lauries behind the cut... )

I've been working on both of these off and on when I get the urge to. The couch in the second one was hell because I hadn't really sketched it out in the inital picture and had to fight to get it to look right in Sai. But I think it's....okay. Obviously they are in two completely different places, as the couches are different in each picture. I'm so cool like that, I know.

OMG. My last.fm scrobbler client hasn't been working for awhile now and I couldn't figure why because I had the proper plugins. But the way I have my Winamp folders set up...they didn't install in the proper place. D:

SO NOW THAT'S FIXED YEY

I acquired Windowblinds again, so my desktop is all shiny and pretty. I loves it.

I also stayed up late last night and watched The Wall.

TJ and I are still fighting. This is lasting far longer than it should over me moving some furniture around and getting snappy. I've tried chatting and being friendly, but I really don't get much in reply. So I don't fucking know what's going on.

It's pretty bad when our friends are worried because we're fighting for longer than a day.

James/Laurie pic I started at the mall the other day. I need to fix James' face, because it's always askew. And his muzzle is too thick, as well. But, so far, it's not too bad. I'm going to try inking in Sai and doing the furniture in CS4 with the line tool so I can make everything look proper. We'll see how that happens.

She's going to put that cigarette out on him at some point, I'm sure of it.

I moved my desk into the front room (I guess it's supposed to be the dining room in a proper house?) so we'll have more room in the living room and I'll have extra space for all of my bullshit and things won't seem so cramped in the bedroom with two computers, the bed, the TV and all the other bullshit there.

I want my big desk, but it'll have to wait.

This table has seen better days. The center of it is bowed a bit from when we used to keep the monitor in the center of it (which I can't do because I don't have enough room for my hands and stuff). But, it holds shit up and my monitor is a monster.

I also cleaned and organized the pink room and put the animals back in there. The ferrets are happy because they can come out whenever now, since we have the baby gate. The rats are generally always happy. And Shank is just a bunny.

Anthrocon posted the list of the majority of panels for this year. Now, I don't go to panels, but it's very said when conventions need things like this:

If I came to Earth (Socializing 101) -- PROTIP: Get the fuck out of your basement.
Women in the Fandom - Meet & Greet -- Does this scare you the way it scares me?

Also, more hilarity:

Spotted Hyenas are Awesome! -- Chances it'll revolve around how female hyenas have 'penises' and 'are hermaphrodites'? Very likely.
Marsupial Madness Meet & Greet -- Pouch fetishes.
Wolf / Wolf Hybrid Mixer -- Wat.

Thus far, this is my favorite Bucky drawing. I inked it with Rob's Intuos today, trying to get a feel for the larger, more sensitive tablet. I think I've got the hang of it now. Maybe all the extra space was confusing my brain.

God, the crooked nose is so damn cute.

Things have been going slow so far. I should really be asleep at this hour, but I went to bed early (for me) last night because I was tired. Elray (Rob's German Shepherd) woke us up around 5AM or so because it was time for his morning run. So I let him out and laid back down for a few, then let him back in. Went back to sleep and woke up around...8AM? 7AM? I don't recall, as Rob's computer, for some reason, reads the time three hours in the past. I should fix it, but maybe he has it that way for a reason...?

Eh, I'll fix it, then change it back later. It doesn't make sense to be set back three hours, though.

I've been listening to Pandora Radio a lot. It's nice to have music in the room and not just via my earbuds. I don't listen to my musics at home because I don't want to bother TJ and we usually have the TV on anyhow, so that would be moot.

TJ's been badgering me to play Guitar Hero, so I'll have to do that at some point. I think I'll be drinking a little beforehand, for maximum lulz.
