Something accomplished this morning.

Unemployment is still declined. I doublt I'll be able to get ANYTHING. This means I've gotta double up the job search and possibly go out of Labor Ready. We'll see. There's a store or two in the Jamestown Plaza that is hiring, I'll have to put in some applications there.

I scheduled my COMPASS assesment at KSU. It's too soon to get in for Summer courses, so I'll be aiming for the FALL. This is good and bad. I was going to try and get in for Summer so I could get my Finanical Aid sooner and not have to worry about it. But I''ll only have a month or so until Fall classes. I think I can survive.

Tikicon Cleveland is this weekend. I need to get back to Dawn to confirm that the three of us (TJ, Rob and myself) will be staffing. I didn't realize it was THURSDAY already. I thought it was Wednesday. So I'm going to give her a call this afternoon sometime. I called Peter back after he called me and left him a voicemail, but who knows if he ever got it.

I picked up a trading card box from the comic store the other day because I was like DERP ART CARDS ARE THE SAME SIZE AS TRADING CARDS DERP so I can put my ATCs in something nice and they won't get ruined. I'm also thinking about maybe getting a few more made (the wallet-sized prints are the same size as well) and jotting my info on the back of them to hand out at the con. Because I hate jotting my info down for people and shit. Plus, they're ATCs and everyone loves those.

I was followed a guy that maintains a Middle Eastern recipie website after posting that we found the tasty Mediterranean store yesterday and now I'm getting hungry browing recipies! I made wraps last night with the spicy feta salad, hummus, falafel (that came out pretty good! I'm not good at forming it into patties. I wonder if there's a trick to it?) and chicken on the garden veggie wraps we bought. Oh my god, it was so good. I didn't even season the chicken, just shredded and diced it and all the other flavors totally made up for it. It was so goddamn good. I could eat it all day long. Too bad there's only two wraps left. D:

I need to write up what stuff I have leftover from the convention print-wise and such. Get it out of my hair. I think I'm going to keep the art card prints because they're so cute. There will be more, however. But I have a few 8x11 prints of the Beachy Phe pic and some random little prints people might like? I need to laminate the small ones, if there's any sheets left for that. I also need to see about gathering up the fursuit pieces we have lying about and sell those off, too.

I've been trying to read through my library books so I can return them and get mooooar. I picked up Comic Book Tattoo which is a bunch of little stories based on Tori Amos songs. I'm not a big Tori fan, but as big as the goddamn thing is, I figured I'd find some good artists and stuff. So far, yeah! And some of the stories are really good, as well. I also got the Gothic & Lolita book so I can both be inspired and laugh my ass off.

Might also run up to the plaza to grab some coin wrappers. TJ has amounted something like $30 in change over the last month! I'm probably due for something more to drink, as well.

OT3 badge that didn't get fully finished before/at the convention. But I'd scanned the inks because I did want to digitally color it and make it look fancy. ALSO I FORGOT GINNY'S FRECKLES GODDAMNIT. Anthony only has a goatee because the Stark Gene finally kicked in while he was on vacation in Italy and doing the whole goatee combo looked like butts. So NO. I did everything but the faces on this. Those are Squeeji's fault. :D
