* Jigan has joined #furtopia
Jigan> Hi all!
fahx> howdy
KeeperOfDreams> Hi.
Kaiyoki> Hey
Jigan> How's everyone?
fahx> not bad, not bad
fahx> yourself?
Jigan> keeper, word of advice for family-friendly channels:i know that's not how you meant that abbreviation to come out, but never abbreviate two words or any that add up to be hj in these types of channels.
Jigan> I tend to look at it as an unintended refrence.
Kaiyoki> Hj? >.>
Jigan> I'm doing 50/50, by the way, thank you.
Jigan> I can't de-abbreviate it out in the open.
Kaiyoki> ?
Ally> ...what?
KeeperOfDreams> ....what?
Kaiyoki> PM then?
* Ally sets mode: +h KeeperOfDreams
Jigan> Don't know how.
Ally> What is 'hj'?
Jigan> I don't know how to pm.
KeeperOfDreams> ...I haven't said anything in ages. o_o
Ally> The last thing he said was 'hi'.
Kaiyoki> I sent you one
Ally> How in the world could that be construed as something else?
KeeperOfDreams> I said hi and that was it. o_o
Jigan> i know, i'm just letting you know.
Ally> I'm pretty sure he would know what's okay and what's not in here. Considering he's a h-op.
KeeperOfDreams> ...okay, I am -majorly- lost now.
Jigan> I still have a SLIGHTLY childish mind, but it allows me to find uncommonly inapropriate things.
Ally> Quite frankly, consideirng everyone else is confused and YOU seem to be the only person who finds an 'unintended' abbreviation with 'hi', it seems like it's really just your problem.
Ally> And not ours.
Jigan> The little things, though.
KeeperOfDreams> Okay, I have no idea what is going on.
Jigan> Nevermind.
KeeperOfDreams> ...
Kaiyoki> Do what I do, Space out for a few seconds
KeeperOfDreams> Haha, I did.
Jigan> Omg it was an i, not a j! XD
KeeperOfDreams> .......

From #furtopia today. Not as good as some I've posted but....I've barely been in there lately because, y'know, fagging.

You know how, when you're in the middle of something and someone goes 'no, i don't like that. change it all back' and you're suddenly filled with great rage?

That's how I feel right now.

I've been talking for the last two weeks about bringing the entertainment center upstairs into the bedroom so we could have something nice and organized for all of our games and consoles and stuff. And so I could free up the two corners of the room that were just empty space.

I get the dresser that the TV was on cleaned off and everything moved around, drag the entertainment center upstairs by myself and get tready to push everything into place and start setting up the gaming systems and all on their new place and....

TJ says he doesn't want the TV in the entertainment center. How is he supposed to watch it from bed. The walls for the entertainment center are in the way.

To which I just stare, drop everything I'm holding and walk off.

I don't know why it has to be so goddamn difficult. The room will look nicer, it won't look like we're trashy with a dresser missing three drawers and crap hanging out of them everywhere. Our stuff will be organized and neat and I'm open for suggestions as to WHERE to put the entertainment center/bed because I'm cool with moving things around so we have more room.

But, of course, I just get a 'no I don't want it that way' followed by 'do whatever you want, I don't care' followed by 'my opinion doesn't matter anyhow'.

Well, I didn't get a 'eh, I don't care' whenever I try to talk to people about what I want to do with the house, this would never be an issue. God, don't blow me off in the planning stages and then get pissed because you didn't have any input. I ASKED.

Now I think I'm going to go through with it, despite the fact that I think the entertainment center might be a bit larger for the TV than I'd like. But we still have to get Rob's old TV, which will fit in pretty well, I think.
