I have this issue where, when I turn off my iriver at work I'll have the last handful of songs I'd been listening to replaying in my head. And it seems like I'm still listening to my MP3 player, so I'll go to hit 'next' and realize that I don't even have my headphones in.

That happens to me. Sometimes a song will just pop up in my head without warning.
