Rules;
1. Youtube/online media sites only. Half the fun is finding the song! ;D
2. You must tell us why you chose the songs you did!
3. One song per artist! You may reccomend other tracks in text, but don't say "Everything they did!", as that leaves the rest of us with a poor startingplace. ;p
4. You may or may not tag 3 friends! Up to you!
5. The songs dont have to be in order :) As you think of them is fine.

Early influences, The innocent years!
The Eagles - Hotel California
This is pretty much one of my favorite songs. I knew every word to it when I was, like, 7. I like just about all of The Eagle's work, but especially Seven Bridges Road.

Pink Floyd - Comfortably Numb
My mom was/is a huge Floyd fan. And I knew many of the mainstream Floyd songs really well. She even took my to a lazer ligh show when I was little! It was awesome. I remember them doing Money, but not the other songs. I still listen to all of The Wall pretty regurarly.

Patsy Cline - Crazy
My grandmother listened to a lot of country when I was little. I also love Walking After Midnight and I Fall to Pieces.

Ritchie Blackmore's Rainbow - Temple of the King
My uncle had a tape of this. I don't remember when I first heard it, but I love it. And Catch the Rainbow, as well.

Preteen/young teens! (15 and under)
Will Smith - Men in Black
This song was me and TJ's theme song for the summer of '97. And it's still our favorite movie of all time.

Spice Girls - Wannabe
Yes, I love the Spice Girls. Spice was the first album I ever bought with my own money. I like most of their music because it's peppy and fun.

Live - Lightning Crashes
I don't know why I like this song exactly, but I really do. I like some of Live's other stuff, too, like Deep Enough and The Dolphin's Cry.

Goo Goo Dolls - Name
Still my favorite Goo Goo Dolls song ever.

Tim McGraw - Don't Take The Girl
Such a goddamn sappy country song it's not even funny, but it makes me teary-eyed and I really do like it.

Soul Asylum - Misery
My mom had Let Your Dim Light Shine and we listened to it all the time. String of Pearls is still my favorite song because of it's absurdity, but there's no video for it on YouTube. :/

Boyz II Men - End of the Road
I'd always liked Boyz II Men, but after meeting TJ in Jr. High, I developed a better appreciation for them. This song ended up being one of our Senior songs in High School, so it has a sentimental value for me.

Sublime - Wrong Way
This is the song that tipped me off to Sublime. But it's not my favorite. What I Got is. :D

Late Teens (15 and up)
Fastball - The Way
This ended up being a very strange song for me. I relate it to when my mom up and left to North Carolina (because of a drug run gone bad) and just...didn't come back. I lived with my grandma for awhile before she sent me to live with my mom. And then it was a year of flip flopping between schools and homes and all sorts of fun!

Goo Goo Dolls - Iris
I was still in High School and I think EVERYONE was relating to the lyrics at that point in their lives. lulz lulz. But I still like the song, even if it was overplayed.

Backstreet Boys - Everybody (Backstreet's Back)
Who didn't like this video? HALLOWEEN? MONSTERS? C'mon, people. And, yeah, I liked BSB over N*Sync. :D

Eminem - My Name Is
I love Eminem's original stuff. It's not even a guilty pleasure. I really like it. I heard this song first when I was living in North Carolina. Bud hated it. :D

Len - Steal My Sunshine
Cute and peppy! :D :D However, I think this is the only song I've ever heard by them.

Vertical Horizon - Everything You Want
This became a Phe/Spazz song years later (A.K.A. recently).

Fuel - Hemorrhage (In My Hands)
And this became a Phe/Kyle song! I also ended up buying the album this is on and liking pretty much all of it.

Nine Days - Absolutely (Story Of A Girl)
It's weird to find the songs I related with THEN in comparison to how I feel NOW.

Gorillaz - Clint Eastwood
I remember seeing the video for this and thinking it was the coolest fucking thing in the world.

Early 20's!
Matchbox Twenty - Unwell
Another song I could relate with.

Dido - White Flag
I remember picking up Dido's No Angel album and being pretty disappointed with everything but the released singles. Like...the music didn't match the lyrics or something.

The White Stripes - Seven Nation Army
Because, hey, it's an awesome song.

t.A.T.u. - All The Things She Said
I hated this song when I first heard it. But it later became very meaningful for me.

Maroon 5 - This Love
The song that made me fall in love with the band. I adore the lyrics so much.

The Darkness - I Believe In A Thing Called Love
Because it's AMAZING. I picture Spazz and Ethan preforming this song in full hair band regalia.

Gorillaz - Feel Good Inc.
It's Gorillaz. And It's a damn catchy song.

Gnarls Barkley - Crazy
I actually heard this in a mashup before hearing the song itself. Both are equally awesome.

Rihanna - SOS
I related this song (outside of Phe/Kyle) directly with the amazingly sexy Jamie Lynn at Bounce because she'd dance to it and it was fucking awesome. I also relate this song with clubbing in general. <3

Justin Timberlake - Sexyback
Unlike Eminem, Justin Timberlake IS a guilty pleasure. XD

Fall Out Boy - Dance, Dance
Angie got me hooked on her emo/pop-punk music while we were living with her. So Fall Out Boy/Panic! at the Disco and such always remind me of living with her and singing loudly on the way home from working at Aladdin's.

After 25 ...
I really think I can just link my music tag, as I've been posting a lot of my current favorite music here lately. :D
