obliviousally_ljI went to buy my Hello Kitty bag AND IT WAS GONE. COMPLETELY GONE. I WAS SO PISSED. It was there FOREVER. And the day I wanted to fucking buy it BOTH of them were gone (there were two different designs). God. I was livid.
But that's okay. I ended up not buying a tote. I just can't get past the mustard color of the record player one and all the others were too expensive.
I did buy some socks with multicolored guns on them from Hot Topic. And I scored one of these for $1 at the Menagerie, which is the animal shelter's thrift store. Which is awesome, because I've been wanting to get one, but they're SO expensive (obviously).
I also finally scored one of the cute strawberry collars from work, cause they went on clearance. I've been wanting one for awhile now. There's one at Walmart I really want, too. It's decorated with roses. <3
I bought some cute candles and Halloween things for my mom, as well. Since she gave me grocery money yesterday.
We spent the afternoon searching for an MP3 player for TJ and finally settled on a Insignia Sport 2gb (in red). But she's thinking about returning it and ordering a Creative Mozaic. I'm indifferent. But she's finally turned over to the iPods. We were swooning over the Touch's at Best Buy, cause I hadn't played with them since they came out. After using Angie's iPod and seeing how smoothly and nicely they run I was a little interested. But the fucking Touch pushes all my buttons, so to speak. :X
It's so sexy. But my iriver retails close to $300 and I didn't even pay for that, it was given to me. So $300 on a bit of electronics that isn't going towards, say, a new computer, is a little out there for me.
I should really take a nap now. But Tezzy Weezle monster is romping about the room and I know I'll get no peace. x_x
