I'm totally in a guild on Scarlet Crusade. :D It's pretty awesome.
I have to buy new pants. My favorite jeans are finally wearing through in the crotch from wearing them so often (they're my work pants and my everday pants). Cause, y'know, I have fat thighs. So, tomorrow we're going out to the thrift stores to hunt for new pants for me. My other jeans are either not proper for work or too tight on me. Bah. Clothes are stupid. D:
Everyone's vacating the interwebs this weekend for FC. LAMERS. D: We really want to go, but if we did...it'd be all of our measley savings. And, while I'm all for just blowing my money and doing something I never get to do, or wouldn't get to do ever again, it's...really hard to just throw what I've been trying to do (saving money to go back to Ohio) out the window. I'm trying to be responsible. But I want to have fun, too. But driving down to FC would be all my savings anyhow. So it'd be pointless. :/
I'm really getting impatient about my tax return stuff to get here. TJ's mom is going to have to mail them out to me, as we didn't change our address when we came out here. The only thing I'll get out here is my Target W2's. And I can get my Labor Ready ones online, but not until after the 4th, apparently. LAME. I want to file NOW and get my return ASAP. Having that money in my savings will be SUCH a load off. Especially if I get over $500. Then I only need a bit more to hit $1000 and that will be more than enough to get back to Ohio with. At least, in the timeframe I've been left with. I know Bob's getting out of the Navy sometime later this year. I don't know if we're going to head back home before AC (cause I would like to go to AC), or if we're going to wait until Bob decides to move. In a few months, however, I'll probably start rounding up things to ship back. Because I'd rather have extra space in the car than it packed full like the trip out here.
Also, my mother apparently had a stroke...yesterday? Day before? Sometime this week. I talked to her yesterday and she said she's pretty sure that's what it was. She's had one before and she said she's been acting the same. Forgetting things, mixing things up, not writing properly, etc., etc. She went to the hospital this morning and they admitted her. She says she's doing fine otherwise, so I'm not terribly concerned.
