Neither. My own inks (which I had to PHOTOGRAPH because I'm lacking a scanner), colored in PS CS3. I thickened the border around her, but that's about it. I'm pretty awful actually inking with my tablet, unfortunately. :P

Well, except for the gradient on the tribal design. The design was a brush and the gradient was just from the paint bucket option in PS.
