obliviousally_ljSo. I discovered why our phones aren't working.
Alltel doesn't offer service out here. And, apparently, when the phones were turned off due to the bill not being paid, it fucked something all up.
So, despite the phones technically being on, ours are not. And there's a whole lot of JACK SHIT I can do about it. As there is not an Alltel office within 50 miles of us.
And I REALLY don't feel like getting new phones and bullshit through AT&T out here. Plus, I don't have the money for it right now. The reason we have the phones the way they are is because we don't have the money for cell phones, so TJ's mom pays for it, as it's cheaper they way they have it set up.
