Stuff and YAY!

Okay, so, LJ's been being a fucking cockwhore and not letting me post long entries since....oh, the beginning of the month. It's pretty awesome. And by 'awesome' I mean 'sucks balls'.

So, as my previous post said, I am gainfully employed. Angie called up this morning and wanted to know if I'd come in and dishwash, cause the other dishwasher was a no call/no show and no one else could come in. They'd pay me cash for however long I was there. So, I eventually go in, expecting this HUGE mess and I'm only greeted by a full dish bin and the morning prep stuff. Okay, this isn't too bad. I can manage this.

I was fucking awesome, apparently. Rob (Angie's boss) hired me on the spot. And I got numerous compliments on the fact that the glasses were perfect and that there were no water marks on the silverware.

So, $8.00/hr. Rob said he's gonna try to get all the dishwashers around four days a week. It's not much, so I might need to pick up something on the side, or continue doing commissions, but it's better than it was say....yesterday.
