i have a picspam from march AND april to post yet. i just have to upload all the blasted photos. ughhhh.
i had the EXACT SAME PROBLEM with my compression. stupid PSP. when i save a .JPG in photoshop it ALWAYS shows the compression options as i'm saving it so this never happens. just in stupid PSP. :<

I cranked my .JPG compression ALL the way down, so it's highest quality. But it's still never quite prefect. Ah well. :P
