My dad always wanted a rubber-dart gun with some sort of contact glue on the tip of the darts, which would also carry a little flag marked "STUPID". You would fire it at the cars of people who did stupid things on the road, and so everyone would just avoid the cars that were covered with flags.
A system like that could be ripe for abuse, but you know, sometimes I want to do that to people as well. That way everyone would know when an asshole got near them even before they opened their mouths and proved it.
Easy enough to fix the over over-abuse; just have one for yourself. Then you could be like a superhero, you know, AntiDumbass Man or something else as catchy. You could save the world one dumbass at a time.
