Stuff and YAY FOR PUPPY!

So, Rob's mom decided that Erin needed to go to the vet this morning to make sure that she didn't need her leg casted ASAP. Erin was called a wonderful and amazing puppy. Why? Because her leg is healing well on its own. It's formed a callus over the fracture and it is healing properly so far. The vet said to limit her romping and stair climbing activity for the next 6 weeks and then bring her back for a check up. She might need a pin in her leg in the future, but we're hoping it heals okay so that won't need to be done. We took her back to Rob's, gave her a rawhide chewie and she was happy. <3

That's a HUGE relief. For ALL of us. Yes, we could have paid Rob's mom back, but we didn't want her to have to drop that much money on a dog that isn't even hers. But, hopefully, she'll heal on her own and all will be good.
