If there ever was a perfect day for an alien abduction, this would be it. So, what should you do? Everybody else would probably stay inside where it is safe, but not you. You are driving your car down a dark and deserted country road, your headlights are off, your gas tank is on empty and you're singing "Hey Mr. Spaceman, please take me along; I won't do anything wrong" Yes, Aries, what good is fear unless you face it head on?

Paypal's a whore. I can't pay for anything because my account's unverified. >_< Hopefully that'll change soon, though. As we got the Hag to get a bank account for the sole purpose of paying AOL. Rock.

I'm tired and my feets hurt a bit. Worked from 3PM to 11PM yesterday. Wasn't too bad. Time didn't go fast or slow, it just went. And the press I was on was pretty steady. And I got to play with the blowtorch! :D:D:D The pieces that I was packing were trash can lids and the flash (excess plastic) on the sides was too difficult to get off with the swivel knife (which are the coolest things ever) so they just opted for melting them off/down with the mini-torch. It was quite fantastic and I didn't catch anything on fire! Woot!

Time also when by nicely cause I was chatting/bickering with sonofberkowitz via text message. :3

Today is work again. As long as they need me. And Monday is money and sending out a money order for my Wuzzles, TJ's Hellboy patch and putting money on the cell bill. x_x

Now my feet are cold and I think I'm gonna make some soup. I need to drain the second fish tank, cause the puffer died last night for some unknown reason. He was doing really well, too. Ah well. Gotta get all the brackish water out of there and fill it back up with freshwater.

Note to self: Self, do not eat the food in your bookbag, as it is for work and not for nummies.

I'm so happy! I found more of my -ish colored pencils! :D:D I got 'em at the dolla store along with a 1.1mm lead pencil. I've been using thicker leads lately. Dunno why. My art seems to benefit from stronger, thicker lines I think. That, and I just can't do thin-lined work. :P

And, speaking of art-related thing, I actually have art to share! Wheee!



Two hour sketch done when I was crashing in TJ's car while she was at work the day before yesterday. TJ said she really likes the hair cause it reminds her of how I used to do hair and she really really liked that style. This started out as the sketch for ladylysander's commission, then it was going to be Spazz, then it turned into Phe. I was listening to the Driv3r soundtrack while I was drawing it. Track 5, Boy From The City, ROCKS. <3 I had it on repeat. I do really like her hair, though. Her hand bugs me a little, but ah well. Her chest looks huge, but it was actually bigger and I fixed it. And the legs look short, but I think she's just cause I'm normally drawing really long legs. The chain on her jeans came out good, too. I'm probably going to color this (no inking) whenever I get some free time. x_x

AND! Speaking of ladylysander! I've finally got an actual sketch down for you! Not just a test sketch to get the feel for your character! :D

Now, I'm going to try to not burn my mouth on my soup and finish checking up on interweb things. x_x
