obliviousally_ljSo, I have been out....doing stuff the last few days. OMG!
Thursday we got paid for the landscaping work we did. Combined, we had about $100. Rock. :D So we went up to Asia Place/Tink Hall and bought RAMEN. :9 And I found some Pumpkin Pocky. :9 TJ also got her miso soup and we also bought a nice little gift for ourselves. :3 I'm sure you all will decipher thsat the wrong way. I don't expect any less.
I also called the landlord and told him we couldn't keep the apartment, but that he could keep the $100 for the two weeks we were 'there'. And I'd drop the keys at my mom's place so he could get them back. It was pretty uneventful and I didn't have to deal with crazy Greek lady.
Friday we had, like, a bunch of things to do and we woke up late. But that's okay. Wandered around the mall for a bit before heading off to Cuyahoga Falls (Akron) for a Colossal Con staff party/meeting/thingy at Donato's (taasty pizza place, we discovered). Three hours of brainstorming, chatting and generally having a good time. It was nice to meet up with everyone again and actually get to know/talk to people we really didn't know last year. We got alot accomplished, too, and things are sounding really nice for next year. So I'm feeling really good about it. :3 Left there around 11PM and got back into town about 45 minutes later (the drive home from Akron is always quicker than the drive there, for some reason...) and went to Super-K for some reason or another. And then we went to Walmart and TJ got one of the new Tamagotchi Connection (Tamagotchi 2) pets. It's pretty cute and looks like a blob. I got cookies sometime yesterday, so yay for me! :D
Today we returned applications and wandered around the mall area. Picked up bedding for the animals and some food for us. And now we're just loafing around.
In other news, I was pretty sure I made it obvious to certain people that I'm not interested. Seriously. If, on our first meeting, I'm more interested in looking at cars drive by and stuff then I'm obviously not very impressed by you. I mean, if your personality can't get me on the first impression, then you're a little screwed for any further ones. :P
But whatever. :D
