Anyhow, there was alot of drama yesterday. Bud wound up taking all the cash that he had leftover from payday (almost $140 of his and my mom's money) and just went somewhere. At the time, we had no idea what was up. Except for the obvious. So me and TJ took my mom up to the Easter Seals sale and she picked up a lamp and stuff for herself and we came back to the apartment, still no Bud. Me and TJ left to go get animal food and whatnot, got into an argument over something or another. Came back to my mom's place and stayed there with my mom and Lynn. Still no Bud. Lynn eventually left, and I found out TJ had left without me knowing (not necessarily a bad thing, I just didn't hear her leave). Within this time, Bud finally called and after a cople phone conversations between me, him and my mother, he said he was coming home. Unfortunately, he was bringing a crack and one of the guys him and my mom used to party with. Thankfully, my mother was good and didn't smoke any. Thank god. I would have stayed with my mom, but I had more important matters to take care of. So I borrowed my mom's bike and rode home (mind you, I also haven't ridden a bike in, like, two years. :P But I got home in, like, 15 minutes. And it would have taken me 30+ to walk.). Got home, made sure everything was okay. Talked to Matt when he called and told him everything was alright. And then I drug TJ off to bed.
Of course, yesterday wasn't all drama. I filled out an app at Taco Bell and wound up working with my mom and Bud, since they didn't really have the chance to take me home. And they fed me, so. :P But I got to speak with their boss, John, and let him know I'd be interested in working if he needed anyone else. My mom and Bud do landscaping and stuff, which I more or less did all summer. And enjoyed it.
Today, my mom called us around noon and wanted to know if we wanted to come out and help them at one of the buisnesses they were working at, since there was alot of weeding to do. And John said it was cool if we both came out. So, that's cool. Cause where we were working at is where Coleman's is, so I can let them know that we did the landscaping there and they'll more than likey get in touch with John and let him know what a wonderful job we did. :D Which pratically secures at least me a job, and possibly secures TJ an occassional job when she's not at the pet store. So that's even cooler.
Other than that, we got the apartment. We have the key and I believe the $100 I gave the landlord is going towards the security. I'm not too clear on that. It's either that, or it's to hold the apartment for us. We need $275 by the 21st (I believe. Two weeks from now, give or take.). And that's for the first month's rent and $25 towards the security deposit ($250). Thankfully, with us helping out with the landscaping (and myself probably doing it more often) whatever we work this week will get us a paycheck on the 21st. :3 And my mom and Buf will have almost $800 paychecks (give or take, before taxes), so they said they're more than glad to help us out with whatever we need. Because they've worked almost 50 hours last week and they still have to work this week, as well. So, that's pretty secure, at least. And we can start moving in any time. We just need to part with some of the animals, because there isn't enough room for us and all of them. :/
In other news, I AM TAKING COMISSIONS AGAIN. I will write up another post, so that I can link it elsewhere and let everyone know what's up this time around. Cause, y'know, I really need the cash. o_o
But now, I am tired and sore. My neck is killing me from hovering over Zelda: Oracle of Seasons for go knows how many hours. I think Rob is coming over tomorrow to transfer harddrives and whatnot. I may or may not be going out to work tomorrow, I'll have to wait and see. If I can, I'll have to call Rob and tell him to come over later or something. x_x
