We watched Secretary the other day. It was quite good. :V
Spent the evening at my mom's last night. She invited us out for dinner and offered us gas money, because she lives out in the middle of nowhere. Plus, we had no food and only $10 for gas anyhow. So we went out and she made meatloaf and gave us some food to carry us through unil Friday.

This is a LONG OVERDUE 'commission' for someone me and TJ used to RP with years ago. It's going to be a digital piece, but I liked the sketch, so I'm posting that for now.
( More sketches back here... )
Today's the last day for $10 sketch commissions! If you want one, let me know. If you can pay within the week, I'll reserve a spot. :V
I'm going to attempt to CLEAN today. EVERYTHING.
Oh god. We'll see how long this lasts...
So, Face and Koffing (two of the boys that were born from Crepe in Washington) have decided that they're moving out of the cage with their brothers.
See, there's the five brothers, Romulous, Remus, Fatchan, Face and Koffing. They live together in the big green cage that had a hole in the back corner. They ended up chewing it open and I'd retaped it countless times. It's the only cage they can comfortable fit into at the moment. The others are either too small or have other rats in them. This wasn't a huge deal, however, because I'd position the chewed hole over a spot where they couldn't jump onto things (but wasn't so high they'd hurt themselves if they decided to be daredevils and hop out). This worked great for a long time. Sometimes they'd get up on top of their cage, but that was it.
Well, Face and Koffing started showing up in the girls' old cage (the girls are in a 20 gallon aquarium currently). It had bedding and such in it and was on the stand near their cage. Every time I'd go in the pink room (the critter room), one of them would be over there. I felt bad, because sometimes we'd be out for hours and they were unable to get back into their cage, so I put some food and water in there and just left the door open.
They spend two days in there on their own. Didn't go anywhere else, slept in the bedding, pepper out the open door when we'd come in. Never tried to get on the floor or go back to their cage.
It's. Bizzare.
I'm not worried about any of the boys getting loose in there, however. There's nothing for them to get into (it's just clothes and other young boy rats), the girls are in an impenetrable fortress and they can't get out as long as the door is closed. It's just strange. I've never seen any of the rats do that. I'm gonna see about getting them a larger cage, or figuring out how to shuffle cages around so everyone's happy.
But it's kinda cute how they don't go anywhere and just hang out there.
Also, this is really neat: The Bittersweet Art of Cutting Up Books. But I really think paper craft/paper art is neat.
