obliviousally_ljSo, my adventures today consisted of:
Walking across town in a record time of 20 minutes (well, from the Hamps to the Downtown Warren sign), and making it to my mom's in 45-50 minutes. Rock. She bought me food and I hung out there for a bit. We walked over my grandmas to get my check. Got it cashed (by way of my mom giving me $35, and she's gonna give me the other $10 tomorrow). My grandma gave my $5 for Easter. Told me to buy some candy or something with it. ^_^
Caught the bus out to the mall. Wandered around for a good while. Made a trip down to Suncoast, where I chatted with the cool anime geek that works there (whose name is Rob). They finally got in their japanese snacks, but they couldn't put up the display, cause the wheel broke on it. BUT! Everything was priced, so I got to snag some stuffs. It's a little more expensive than what I usually buy, but the packages are big, so I guess I'm only losing a little. Got a 4 pack of strawberry Pocky for TJ, a 4 pack of chocolate almond crunch Pocky for myself, and a thing of VINilla YanYan to try. I'm not all that fond of the chocolate sticks, but the creme is good. I mentioned some other tasty snacks to him, and he said he's see what they could order next, and how well this stuff sold. Talked for a bit about cons and stuff. Mentioned wanting to get DDR soundtracks, he said he's hook me up with whatever I needed and he'd burn it to disk. So I gotta go find track listings and stuff. Woot. He also said he'd hunt down Painter 7 for me, cause he's got nothing else to do with his bandwidth and time, other than play Tribes. :D Woo.
Also mentioned the WW RPG TJ's gonna run, and said he'd be very interested in it. As well as doing tabletop sessions. Rock.
TJ scored Golden Sun 2 today. Yay! Gotta hunt down the first one, so we can port our characters over to 2. Woot.
Bought TJ a cute, floppy brown bunny today, for Easter. Whee! It's so soft. And I had to hunt though four different stores to find a nice one within my price range. *coughcheapcough* >_> But it's cute, and she liked it. Woo.
Now, I go to draw suggestive-type things and whatnot. Whee!
