So we made a TARDIS in around four hours last night. Totally last minute and completely ridiculous.

We'd gone out to the mall to see if we could find something for Tony, because the other costume plan we didn't have enough time for. When we passed FYE, we saw they were selling standees and a TARDIS was present on the sign. Immediately, the idea was to go as a TARDIS to accompany Angie's Doctor. Sadly, they were out of those particular standees AND they were $35.

So we figured we could make one for cheap and before Halloween shenanigans that night. Turns out, that was absolutely true. Most of the time shopping was finding spray paint that dried quickly. It's obviously not a perfect job, but it looks kind of spacey-wacey. Tony and I worked on stuff back and forth, doing a little here and a little there between waiting to put coats on the box.

It was a shockingly easy project, considering we did it absolutely last minute.

By the end of the night, there was steam coming out of the top of the box and Angie went running around Tony, panicking, accidentally threw her screwdriver into the air, fell while going for it, and regenerated.

I fear she may never be the same again.

I envy your costuming skills. :/ I came up with an idea for a costume a week in advance and didn't even begin to get around to doing it.
