Oh my god. So I don't really keep up with shipping debates and shit unless I'm feeling onery. But I've been spending a lot of time on Caution 2.0, since I'm making a RP forums and it's a GREAT source of information and resources. Up until now, I've mostly been spending time in the resources forums, but last night I ventured inot the fandom/general forums to poke around.

Now, I don't ship RL celebrities. I think it's creepy. This isn't to say I've never gone 'oh, they'd be cute together', but then I generally make a new character with one of them for a PB or something like that. Celebs have their own personal and romantic lives, after all.

Not everyone is like this, of course, and some people are absolutely crackpots when it comes to shipping people.

Okay, so you like how cute Jensen Ackles and Olivia Wilde would be together if they were a couple. That's fair, they are pretty cute together. Olivia Wilde is adorable and that's why she's the PB for Connor's girlfriend.

I think Jensen is super cute with Sophia Bush, but I'm also a little biased because Sophia is Poe's PB. Then I realize, I'm one of those people who don't go around hooking up with the characters who are PB'd by the actors/actresses I find attractive. Many, MANY roleplayers who use PBs do this and I find it ridiculous.

Also, not cool to pair him with his wife? Because, I don't know about you, but Danneel is fucking hot.

So you've just got a hateboner for Danneel, I see. Now everytime I see anything Jensen/Olivia, I'm automatically going to think it's this person and be totally disgusted.

I really hate this mentality with fans. Like, really hate it. It's very obvious in the Supernatural fandom sometimes. Lots of fans rag hardcore on Danneel and Genevieve because Jensen and Jared are married to them and that, apparently, makes them terrible, hideous people. You know, despite the fact the two couples look amazingly happy together:



Both of their wedding photos are all full of YEY and GLEE and how can you even say they're not happy together or don't look cute together because you shallow fucks only give a shit about what someone looks like instead of things that are actually important, like substance to a person.

I don't know if these people are better or worse than those who think their wives are beards and Jensen and Jared have som gay romance.
