Pics of my new skirts, because Krispy wanted photos. The first one is that cream one I picked up at On The Way Out in Cleveland. The second two are the Bodyline ones I ordered. I've been craving that strawberry one for a long time now and I didn't want to pay their flat shipping for only one skirt, so I bought the black/brown tattered one. I hope I won't get hit with any customs tax mess, since the price wasn't terribly high (less than $50 before shipping).

I'm really happy with my Bodyline stuff, though! I know a lot of lolitas bitch because it's 'cheap' and they make knock-offs of older brand designs. Both of the skirts I got are quite well made, they're comfortable - thank goodness! The black/brown one is a little snug around the waist, but I expected that. The strawberry one is perfectly comfortable where I wear the elastic at. Ordering and shipping was super easy and once the item was packed/shipped out, I got it in almost less than two days!

I'm not sure of the best way to style the strawberry skirt. I think I may remove the bow from the back and make it so I can take it off or put it on whenever I want. I wear most of my skirts really casual and pulling a shirt over the bow just makes my back look lumpy. I'm also thankful that it has enough poof on its own. I didn't want to have to buy a cheap petticoat if I didn't have to, but I like the way it looks and I'm not going for full EGL style, either.

I'm thankful I really like my stuff because I cannot afford brand at all. Despite loving some of their designs. Plus, even if I could afford brand, I'd barely wear it for fear of something happening to it. D: D: There's a few other pieces I'd love to get in the future, though, but I have to lose some of my fatty American girl pudge to fit them.

I want this in brown SO badly. Aaa. I don't know if the top would fit me, but I could always sell it. I just want the skirt.

In cream aaaaugh it's so pretty. I couldn't fit it without losing some weight, though, since it's a hook/clasp and not elastic.

Ugh, all of these. *_*

I almost bought this instead of the black/brown tattered skirt. But white and I don't go together really well. But it reminds me of Halloween and ghostly things!
