Arts, nude modeling and scrapbook inquiry...

Inking this took forever. I haven't done any inking in months. Literally. Months. There's some things that could be better about this, but whatever. It's also really dark on my CRT monitor (I colored it on the laptop), so I'm going to need to go and tweak it later so it looks RIGHT. Stupid LCDs.

I have a sort-of job. I'm going to be doing modeling for the art classes on campus.

Nude modeling.

It should be interesting, but it's on a need basis at the moment. They schedule models for whatever classes may need them that week. As long as you're reliable, however, you get more class slots, which is pretty cool.

But yeah, I told my mom and everyone and they were all like WAIT, WHAT? NUDE? ARE YOU SERIOUS?. But I don't have an issue with my body and I don't have an issue sitting in front of art students for painting or drawing.

Plus, it's $12/hr. So that's a bonus.

So, I have all this scrapbook stuff and, while I don't want to get rid of it all, I'd like to whittle my collection down a bit since I'm not using it currently. Plus, i like making little packages of papers and cute things.

Now, I don't want to sell it because, well, it's just papers and stickers and stuff. Some of it can be seen here. But if people wanted to trade things for it, that'd be cool? It doesn't have to be anything special, just something for something else.

I don't know if anyone would be interested? But comment if you are. :3

i am, like, excited to see revamped ally in color. i've been wanting to draw her (and like a trillion other gift arts but whatever) and i don't think you've done any colored things of her yet?... anyway, she looks seriously cool.

ohman, all my scrapbooking/etc stuff is at my mom's. so i really shouldn't collect any more stuff right now because i haven't touched any of it in almost a year anyway. :x but you tempt me.

I kept thinking I posted something about her colors not really changing, but I could be wrong! I'm pretty flexible with her colors/markings, especially on the arms/legs. The initial sketch I did had just her hands and feet fleshy with her arms and legs still having the white. But I'm really more interested in doing crazy possum-y things with her design.

I knooow, that's how I feel. I'm glad I haven't had the urge to buy anymore (there's, like, one stack I ~really~ want, but I can't justify it now). I go through phases where I REALLY WANT to use scrapbook stuff and then others where I'm like 'eh'.

oh yes, you did post about her colors~ i meant for those to be two separate thoughts. (i haven't drawn her & that you haven't posted a colored pic) whoops XDD

i have one themed scrapbook that should've been done a year ago but i just lost creative zeal. pthhhb. i think when we move up to the one-bedroom apartment i'll bring crafting things. :B

YES ABSOLUTELY

I know I'm gonna be super nervous at first, but it's less about my body and more about IN FRONT OF PEOPLE. I used to get really lightheaded performing in choir and stuff in middle school for some reason. HOPEFULLY I WILL OVERCOME THAT.
