Goodness.

Work wasn't half bad. I guess my manager assumed I'd be in yesterday, as he didn't receive my e-mail letting him know I'd be in Thursday instead of Wednesday. But it wasn't a big deal, since he'd said either or. They stuck me in textbooks, which was surprisingly easy. I ended up tagging all the overstock, which my supervisor was really happy with. Once I understood the computer commands we have to use and how everything is set up, it was nothing. I had no trouble helping students and customers, either, since everything is laid out so well.

My only gripe is they only had large shirts left and this is like an XL on me and not a L. I kind of hope some mediums magically appear, but I doubt it. I could probably take said shirt it, but I dunno. I just feel all fat and frumpy in it because it reminds me of what I wore in high school (HUGE baggy jeans and XL shirts) and I so don't wear that anymore. So the huge shirt combined with the guy jeans TJ gave me that I wore today made me go :|

But I think I'll survive regardless.

I work Saturday from 9AM to...uh...3PM? I don't recall when I get off, but I know I go in at 9AM. Probably till 3PM, because that's 6 hours like today.

Now I'm in the lounge because I desperately needed a drink to pick me up and I'm going to walk over to Chipotle to get some noms before heading home. But it's been awhile since I've been on my feet in a work environment for six hours straight, so they're a little pissy at me. They don't hurt, because I have insoles, but they're all like 'why would you do such a thing!?' and I'm like 'I DO THIS ALMOST EVERY DAY IT'S NO DIFFERENT THAN ME WALKING EVERYWHERE' but they don't want to hear that.
