I bought a tarot deck secondhand at the Easter Seals. I was shocked to see all the cards and instruction book were there. I have one of my own, but it's not over here right now. Or I'm not sure where it is. I've had it for, like, ten years now. Maybe it is over here. I've kept it with me when I've moved, strangely enough.

I resorted it, in lieu of cleansing it. Sort of a 'reset', I guess, from whoever had it before.

It feels really weird to have a deck that was actually property of someone else. Almost foreboding...

I'm going to CONTINUE offering my SKETCHES for $10. They've been selling well and I've been enjoying doing them.

I'm also going to offer COLORED SKETCHES for $30 ($15 off!). These are DIGITALLY COLORED. Mostly flat colored, but I'll toss on some basic shading if the commissioner wants it.

My checks are a bit small as of late, due to hours being tight. I only got $250-ish for the last two weeks. And it's causing my budget to be stretched thin. So, any little bit helps!

My commission info can always be found over on FA and, if there's something you're interested in that you don't see listed there or you have some sort of special request of project, don't hesitate to ask!

We hit up a nice garage sale out in Canfield, on the way out to get the car checked.

Scored a nice ferret cage for only $10. A baby gate (to keep said ferret from escaping the bedroom when she's out) for $2. A bunch of cool kids Godzilla shirts that I'm going to recon and TJ found an old school Transformers toy case. :D

I found cute undies and some tank tops at Charlotte Russe all for under $15. Tank tops are, like, indespensible for me. I'm always buying them. I wear them under pretty much everything because they're comfy and I don't have to flee to the bathroom to change my shirt at work, either!

We had a sub-par lunch at Golden Corral. :/ We've come to the conclusion that that's $7 better spents at CiCi's or somewhere else because it just doesn't live up to whatever our expectations are of the place.

Dry red velvet cupcakes, too. A tragedy.

Picked up stuff for the animals from Pet Supplies. The PetCo out in Boardman closed, which is sad. As it was really nice and the animals were always well taken care of. Unfortunately, PetLand is STILL in business and every time I'm in there I frown profusely. Plus, they're overpriced and sell puppy mill puppies, soooo...

I found one of my ponies at the Toys R Us out there, too. Twinkle Hope. ~~I also saw a five (or six?) pack of ponies that I WAAAAANT. They have little phrases like 'hope' and 'love' and 'dream' on them. I should've snapped a picture, but I didn't even think to.~~ OH! It's the 25th Birthday Celebration Collector Set. But it's $30-some. And I can't justify that on PONIES when I only really want a few out of the set. And if I'm going to spent $30 on a set of ponies, I'd rather get the black and blue art pony that's, like, $20. However, this also proves that Warren/Niles is the last to get ANYTHING because we're full of the suck.

We lost Harper today. Finally. I was going to schedule him an appointment to have him put down, but he wasn't moving around a lot today, so we were expecting the worst. He's the last of our original boys that we had, too.

I moved Fatchan and Co. into the new cage, which looks like this minus the tube inside of the cage and the stand for it. The've taken to all sleeping in the upper tubes and Fatchan is the only one I ever see out. D:

Work was BORING AS FUCK. All we did was zone and reshop because the inventory people were out before 3AM. Laaaaame.

On the other hand, the iriver crapped out on me before leaving for work and I had to reformat it and throw on SOMETHING so I had music to listen to. But I threw on all new stuff I'd downloaded and I found a few songs I really like! So that's a win.

Keep the stuff I do enjoy and then check out their albums or other songs.

I feel like it's time for a Postsecret post. I'm not emo. Just....blah.

What's been going on otherwise?

Went up to the doctor's yesterday with TJ. We sat around for two hours because they'd overlooked her on the list. Brilliance. Can't expect much from a clinic, however. At least her doctor has his shit together and he's not like the crazy bitch she had before.

Seriously. I hated her.

We went to Olive Garden the other day for their soup/salad/breadsticks lunch thing. Had a glass of wine each, too. Well, I had a glass and a half, cause TJ didn't want to finish hers and I actually liked it which is a shock because I generally hate wine.

Art's been difficult for me lately. But I got some work done on Felysha's character sheet after work yesterday. I need to scan it and piece it together properly and toss the color on it. I've been so awful with it, she's been waiting so very long.

I have so many things I need to send out and I'm just so...'eh' about it. I need to clean my workspace and find everythingt hat has to go out. A lot of things are well past when they should've been postmarked and I feel like a tard about it.

I found two fabulous pairs of shoes at TJ Maxx the other day. A sexy pair of Victorian-esqpe heels that make my ass look fabulous and my feet look tiny and we're thinking about doing steampunk for Halloween and they'd be perfect. AND a pair of GREEN AND PINK Converses. WANT. So bad. ;_; But I don't have $50 for two pairs of shoes right now. Sadface. :/ The urge to post a full digitial commission for $50 (which is a $40 discount) is very large, but I don't need more work on my plate right now.

I've been playing with Furspots a bit, as well.

And they have the SDCC Pony on the website for $9.99. Fuck yeah.

Anyhow, the whole reason for me looking at ponies is because I found a Toola-Roola at K-Mart the other day with all these neat swirly makings around her mark and on her head and in the Crystal Princess packaging (I think). But I can't seem to find her anywhere else. Is she super rare? Some wierd misprint? Did I totally drop the ball by not picking her up because I couldn't justify spending $6 on a pony at the time?

Also, because I don't keep up on it like a hawk: are there new ponies coming out any time soon? D:

This post has probably gotten pretty long. Maybe I should actually post it instead of leaving it on my desktop and adding to it when something pops into my head!

Home from Angie's.

I've got an interview at Goodwill on Friday! Wheeee!

We rented Twilight Princess and Trauma Center for the Wii. And I scored an off-brand wifi adapted at Best Buy for $35. Had to fuck with it to get it to work, but I got it going. Yay.

And then the batteries in the wiimote died. D: I don't know if I have any new ones lying around.

You can find wiimotes, like, EVERYWHERE by the mall. Toys R Us had, like, twenty of them. I was shocked.

Picked up some boxes to send fur out, and some more envelopes to send art/prints out. I should post what I have left up ands ee if anyone wants 'em for cheap. I can always use the extra cash.

TJ's mom is giving us half the money for the Wii, since that's what tJ really wanted for Christmas. So that's awesome.

My leg REALLy itches, but now it burns. D:

We bought a bunch of plushed at Fab Finds, and TJ found more of her wacky medical plushes. I bought some My Scene Barbies to kitbash and make into characters.

I WANT those roller My Scene dolls that are out SO BADLY. D: Mostly for the clothes.

Now I need to hunt for a proper My Scene guy for Kyle. Cause I couldn't find a SINGLE Bratz doll that had Phe's hair or that I was happy with. Bah. D: Maybe one day.

I saw Dream Drifter at Target today, but I just couldn't bring myself to buy her since I'd just bought Jade Garden and Daisy Paisely. D: And my stomach was demanding food, so it gets proprity over ponies.

I'm speaking in sentence fragments today.

I have delicious yogurt with apple crunchies in it.

We went to CiCi's for dinner, which was yum. I really wanted some of the buffalo chicken pizza, but I didn't want to ask them to make me some, since it was so close to closing.

I REALLY need to upgrade my computer. Or, at least, get some more RAM for the other comp and move everything over to that one. It probably needs rebooted, too, it's been running for the last week or two straight.

Ran out to the mall today. I scored Daisy Paisley from Target. They had Dream Drifter, too, but I went with Daisy instead. For now, at least.

Picked up some food, and bought some booze. I got some little bottles of Baileys (cause it's too expensive in the big bottles, and I'm waiting to buy my Chai Cream liquor anyhow) and a tiny bottle of the Starbucks Cream Liquer. It's pretty good. TJ got a tiny bottle of Hypnotiq and a medium-sized bottle of apple(?) Smirnoff. Whee!

I feel really bad cause I haven't bought TJ anything. Because, up until now, I didn't think we were buying gifts for each other. I really didn't want anything, but I'm not going to turn down gifts if they're given to me. :P But I did buy her that bat backpack, it just won't get here until after Christmas. And I have to wait for money to hit the bank before I can grab her Disgaea.

Also,

kassil, Shadow Hearts has been acquired. However, I going to see if they have a copy with the actual game case, cause the one that was snagged for us has the case from Hollywood Video. :P And I know they had one with the regular case when I was in the game store last. But the person who picked the game up for us didn't know the difference. D:

I also got a shirt from Hot Topic. Yey.

We also acquired three gerbils. D: Apparently, they were biting at the workers' hands when they'd go to clean cages, so they were set aside for adoption. We brought them home and none of them (there's three) went after my fingers. They're not keen on being picked up, but they don't seem to mind being touched or anything. I'll get pictures later. :O

I guess we're going over Al's for Christmas tomorrow. And I'm going to see my mom on Tuesday. And then we have to bust ass to get ready for the trip. D:

I'mma go crash for a bit. Zzz. I was up over 24 hours yesterday, but I did get some sleep last night. Just...tired again. x_x
