Sweet! The Lake Erie Pirates posted a ton of great pictures from the con! :D The guy playing Jack's father was really nice, I helped him carry in some of his stuff while I was manning the pressurized door for the dome.

I think I'm going to get some business cards made up. But...I don't know what to put on them. D: I mean, I'll probably use them more like I used my Moo cards and have my web addressed and e-mail on them so I can give them to people and stuff, even outside of conventions. But if I decide to make actual business ones...what do I put on them? I really don't feel comfortable putting 'Illustration by Alaina Rose' because, well, I'm not REALLY an illustrator in the sense that I can pull of whatever someone would need. Or maybe I'm overthinking it? I don't know. D: I really want some for TikiCon next year, cause I gave away the last of my Moo cards to Terry, Ren and Todd DeZago.

I don't know. D: D: Maybe I'll whip together some designs and see where that goes.

Also, anyone know any cheap and/or legit free business card places. I know to avoid VistaPrint because they'll charge your card regardless of if you've purchased anything or not. D: I'm okay with pre-set logos on the card for now, if I get some for a convention, they'll be nice.

Me and TJ were discussing Twatlight in the car on the ride hom from work and the whole vampires + period blood was brought up. I mentioned that, apparently, a fantwat had asked SMeyer this and she stated that because period blood is DEAD, it doesn't bother Edwards as much.

Now, I don't know about other girls out there, but when I bleed from my hoo-ha, it is not dead blood. It is fresh, bright red blood. People don't bleed DEAD blood. Is it just that SMeyer has NO CLUE how the female body works, despite being one herself? Or is she simply a misguided, misinformed Mormon mother (that was a lot of 'm's)?

I'm going to go with: she's an idiot and doesn't know how to Google shit.

Twatlight is, like, my new raeg fandom. I hate it so much I'm compelled to read more about it. It's just...so AWFUL.
