I made this on a whim suddenly. Just now. It's not terribly special, but I hadn't see anyone make one yet, so I jumped on that. :D I don't know where I got the higher-rez template from, but I made it from that. :V
Two versions. One has an opacity of 75% on the outer glow, and one is 50%. It's really most noticable on black or dark colored backgrounds.
Feel free to snag, just credit me somewhere. :D
