I hate the 4th of July. Why, do you ask? Because every redneck fuckwad in this entier city decides that they need to set off fireworks (which are illegal in the state, by the way) between the hours of 8PM and 3AM on the days of the 2nd through the 6th of July.

I wish I'd bought fireworks JUST to launch them at the people behind us on the block who are STILL setting them off at this very moment. Even the OFFICIAL fireworks at the PARK which is, like, five minutes from us, weren't this obnoxious.

Holidays which involve the purchase of fireworks are obnoxious. I prayed for rain all day long.

So, now, TJ's cranky because she hates fireworks and she hasn't gotten any sleep. :/
