I don't believe in the religious concept of marriage. But I'd get married (if it was legal for me to do so) for the legal benefits.

Yup, and with a kid. And that's why I would go near any of that bullshit. Because if he was on the dating circuit, he'd have to deal with a child AND his ex-wife. I want no part of that.

14. The first doesn't really count, though. Nor do any of the ones in school, in my opinion.

I'm waiting for...a bit of money to clear from Paypal to my bank. A bunch of people snagged commissions on FA to help me out with the move. And that's awesome.

Krispy brought more boxes by last night. And I gave her what was left og my Kahlua and small Bailey's bottle. My BIG Bailey's bottle is packed away to share with Angie and/or my mom in the future.

Speaking of packing, there's not much more to be done. I have most everything from the kitchen of ours packed away, the bathroom only has a few lingering items so I can get a bath, and the bedroom only has clothes and a few trinkets I need to find somewhere to put. I really want to mail out the box with our clothes, but it's REALLY heavy (at least 40-50 pounds) and I want to insure it, so...I don't know. Maybe I'll opt to mail some of the smaller boxes out and just toss that one on the roof rack.

We don't have A LOT of boxes, but there's quite a few. Plus I have to break down the rat cages and shove THEM somewhere. But Krispy said I can stow some boxes at her place, if need be. So I'll see what happens. I'll fit the most important things in the car first, and then go from there. But I may just ship some of the smaller boxes we don't need at all on the trip (like stuff for the bathroom and the kitchen) and insure those for $200 each and toss the clothes somewhere on the car. Cause the clothes I would want to insure for, like, $1000. And that's an extra $10 on shipping.

I REALLY need to clean my desk out. It've got the top drawer cleaned, but not the bottom.

...I just have a lot of art stuff. D:

I should toss Taylor in the little blue cage today and clean out the purple one for Krispy. Cause I need to repair the corner and toss the girls in it tonight to see if they chew on shit. I'm waiting to hear back from someone about the rats. Tim can't take any, sadly. He said that if it was a bit later he could, but he can't currently. As much as I'd like to take them all home, that's not feasible. I may see if PetSmart might take them, because they've been without rats for months now. And I like PetSmart for their animals more than Farmland.

I NEED to clean the car today. Put the roof rack on it. If it's dried out, at least. I know it was sprinkling today. I don't want what small rust spots it has on it to leak onto the roof of the car. I also have to measure the roof rack so I can get another sturdy tote. And I have to get a new tarp.

Also, I have to call Cathy tonight about my transfer and let her know what all is going on. I still feel bad about leaving, cause I REALLY like it there and I REALLY love (most) of the people I work with. But...I can't. As well.

So, another busy day of cleaning and packing. We're planning on leaving on Monday. Pack up the car Sunday.
