obliviousally_ljI should really be sleeping. I came home and TJ was tipsy, so I made food for her and by the time I brought it to her, she'd fallen asleep! Ah well. I ate some of the ramen I made for her so it wouldn't go to waste. I knew she'd crash and sleep soundly.
We trekked out to Bremerton to find me new jeans today. My two pairs I've been wearing for the better part of the last two and a half years are FINALLY wearing through. In the crotch. Because I've got fat thighs. So, they are obviously a ticking time bomb at work. The last thing I need is for them to rip and everyone at work to see my undies. That'd be both hilarious and embarassing.
But, after about twenty minutes of skimming through the racks at Goodwill, I found a BRAND NEW pair of Levi's Red Tab jeans. Still had the tags on them and everything. They're so new they haven't even been washed, as I discovered when there was blue rubbed off on my Hello Kitty bag (which I scored for $4 at work the other day!). So that's awesome. I just have to break them in now. Which is always all sorts of fun. I also got another pair of jeans that fit comfortably. I just have to sew a bit on the bottoms cause whoever had them prior snipped the inseam at the bottom to help them flare out a bit. I used to do that, but I hate it now. So I must fix it.
I also scored, thanks to TJ, a WORKING SCANNER. With the adapter and everything. Took me about an hour to find the proper installiation stuff for it, but I finally got it working. I am pleased.
I suck at doing fancy vines and stuff like that. D: D:
Now to buckle down and get commissions moving again. I'm always so unmotivated when I don't have any way to post stuff online. I get the 'why bother' mindset. When I really shouldn't. But I really do enjoy sharing my art and stuff.
