The downside about exploring it is the fact that they're still tearing it down (I assume) and it's located in a very busy area. The road it's on in Aurora has, like, two huge plazas and a bunch of little stores. Which are, no doubt, going to be whittled away by Geauga Lake no longer being there. Wildwater Kingdom's not going to bring in the same number of people that Geauga did. And there's alot of awesome independent places and hotels that are going to really suffer for it. There's really not a whole lot else in Aurora, sadly. :/
Once things are whittled away and the place is left to rot...well, that's another story. :D
I'm also not sure what all will be left, but the main entrance itself and the fountain would be left, I'm sure.
