Two to three is average, in my opinion. I mean, you get one dot by default. Anything over three is simply 'above average'. And five is 'exceptionally talented in...', or what have you.
It's very rare I'll have a stat that's four, or even five. And in that case I justify it out the ass, and usually have a speciality. :O
My characters usually have more flaws than merits anymore. X3 That way I can overcome them! :D
Hah, you know, thats a helluva an idea. I should try to doodle something out. Though, I don't have a scanner, so I'd have to take an existing image and deck it out.
Then again, I dunno how I'd dot out my stats on TriGem, being that he's a cybernetic godling woof that's about 2million years old. >.<
