Apparently, the trailer MIGHT go up for sale in Angie's mom's bankruptcy. Lovely. This means we could be without our home.

They have to talk to the attorney, because this morgate is tied to the other house's morgtage and a bunch of legal bullshit I really don't understand or have all the details on.

I wish I just have the $12,000 to buy the damn trailer right out and not have to fucking worry about it.

Of course, if I had that money, I wouldn't have to worry about bills to begin with.

Fuck.

Move to Lakewood. Closer jobs, cheap apartments.

First off im going to stay anonymous because this is a touchy subject and I dont feel like dealing with back-lash from anyone.

1) Moving could be a good idea, it might work, but moving itself takes money (most of my friends who do a major move invest about -$2000/min once you count time off from work and expenses of relocation sometimes more) and if you have no money you cant move so easily. I know people from well-off families who frolic all over the place but not everyone has the luxury of being mobile. Even than, if you do move, as in life, nothing is guaranteed and you could still run into strife ... The grass always looks greener on the other side but that doesnt mean it always is

2) Obliviousally;- Im not trying to be mean here but if things are that dire why on earth are you goofing around on the net, attending cons, and other stuff instead of busting your ass? I know, this is harsh but its ligit for me to present.

3) You're not totally alone and even with the cons/stuff its not 100% your fault. Take some comfort in knowing alot of us are falling on hard times now ... The fed* (some states set their own) min-wage for example is $5.15/hr while gas is $3/gal and milk is $3/gal ... $6 bucks for food and fuel when you're only making $5... not counting taxes... Alot of people are going in the negative just to make ends meet (and I dont know whats fucking wrong with this country to let such a thing happen) so you're not alone and its not 100% your fault.

Alright, im done, sorry.

Actually, I'm not goofing around (entirely) on the net. I've been posting commissions and trying to pull in EXTRA money. I've been busting my ass by working, and I'm (hopefully) going to be acquiring a second job.

We do bust our asses to make ends meet. But when I was out of work for that month or so, we had to put some bills over others in order to make sure we had a roof over our heads. We're not out spending our money on videogames and clothes or bullshit like that. We shop cheap, honestly.

I'm aware the convention wasn't the BEST plan. But it was something I refused to miss. What screwed me over hardcore wasn't the convention, but was two exceedingly late charges to my account from purchases I made on, like, the 3rd. If those had not been sent through so late (and I'm getting in contact with the respective companies about it, as well), this situation wouldn't be so bad with the bills (I'd have an extra $76 in my account).

The trailer/bankruptcy thing is just an extra kick in the ass. I would rather not loose this place (neither would the other housemates), as we all enjoy living here. It's a good neighborhood. I can't speak for why the bankruptcy is happening or why Angie's mother is filing, because I don't know the details.

If the trailer falls through and goes up on the market, we have somewhere to go. Even if temporarily until we can get back on our feet. Warren isn't the best place for us in the world, but it'd be free room and board for a minute.

Out of curiousity, who is this? You haven't said anything out of line, or anything that I'm not already aware of, so I can't see why any backlash would come to you.

Angies mom needs to give it up to someone. QUICK. If you no longer own something then no one can take it from you, I see people signing off cars all the time due to IRS and banks being dicks.

Angie would take it, but the trailer's mortgage is tied into her mom's house mortgage. So if she puts the trailer in her name, we owe $12,000 on the spot. :/

does she owe the whole $12,000 now or can she still make payments? payments for a $12,000 are probably pretty low and affordable for anyone...my brother bought a house for $125,000 and he only pays $400/month which is very low. There's gotta be some way they can sway them from just taking it like that, if not, then I am so sorry :( that sucks.

I think she'd owe the whole amount at once since she doesn't have a mortgage. It's a bunch of bull, really.

But if they take it, they take it. That's kinda how the ball bounces, and we just have to roll with it.
