Stuff and 'SEE YOU LATER!'
Feb. 9th, 2007 12:04 amAt Hollywood Video tonight one of the trailers on the reel had THE MOST HORRENDOUS cover of Pink Floyd's Comfortably Numb. It was AWFUL. Like a country singer was singing it. The words didn't flow together AT ALL. I stood there, jaw agape, for a good two minutes, I think.
We went to the new asian buffet out in Boardman. It was pretty nice. They had sushi. And I tried octopus. I wasn't comfortable eating its tiny head, so I just ate the tentacles. And then the male waiter who cleaned our table was all cute and funny when he told us goodbye in broken English. It was great.
Then we wandered around Barnes & Nobles and Hollywood Video. Rented some movies, and TJ bought a new animal book. Whee!
I keep forgetting to pick up hair dye, cause I want to dye my hair. I don't know what color, though. Probably reddish-something, cause I look good with reddish hair.

Date: 2007-02-09 09:34 am (UTC)I've tried squid before, too. Squid is more rubbery, the octopus was little tiny octopii(??) and I just wasn't sure about eating their heads. They didn't have much of a flavor, maybe because of how they were prepared.
So, I got octopus, squid, frog and eel under my belt so far. :O
