Deadbeats? I'm appalled. Really, I am. Your post is full of LIES and BULLSHIT. You don't think so? Then let me expand on the points you made.

To add to the list of deadbeats with no jobs that have moved in here over the past year or so and then randomly dissapeared, we can now include both girls. Last night I went over to visit my friend Aaron (Perpetuum) to listen to some new music he was working on, but when I came home, the girl's room was wiped clean.
Yeah, because we left a 1AM. And we told you earlier that day that we'd be leaving sometime that day. How this is a suprise is beyond me.

Not to say this was a totally bad thing, my house did smell like rat urine, and used gym socks from the pets that they brought here, so not all was bad in that regard.
The rats smelled the first few days. And then we cleaned the cages and moved them upstairs. You know animals have a natural smell, right? Heck, the fishtank that wasn't taken care of smelled. And we told you we had rats before we came.

They had been living here for over a month, rent free, and had everything paid for for them, kinda like my ex boyfriend had it (remember that?).
Sweet fucking god, don't compare me to a fucking babyfur. God, that's insulting. And we were there for THREE WEEKS. Exactly three weeks. You also said, at AC, that you'd give us TWO MONTHS to get situated and find jobs. We had our own food (and some of that was eaten by someone else in the house. The Blue Bunny ice cream, which was eaten, was ours and the TV dinners were ours.), so that certinaly wasn't being bought for us. And we never ate any of your food. So this whole sentence is full of lies.

Well, during the course of the month they were here, they never once attempted to look for a job, they constantly went to the beach, science museaum, etc etc etc and always seemed to have money to go off and have fun, while I stayed working 12 hours a day at my dayjob AND music to pay their half of the rent.
I'm sorry, I can't remember you ever being home or even inquiring about us job hunting.

Oh, wait. You did. Once. When you were asking for help with rent.

And we put in tons of applications, for your information. And we had an interview the day we found out we were going back home. So this statement is a big lie, as well.

As for the beach/aquarium? Yeah, we did go to the aquarium once. And the beach. Numerous times. But the beach doesn't cost money, last I checked. Because we don't feel the need to blow money on things we don't need. Like, say, $80 shoes.

I even got my landlord to waive their security deposits which were $400.00 /each/, plus a $200.00 pet deposit for the dog they brought with them which they said was under 20 pounds before they got here, and then I found out it was really about 80 pounds.
Oh yes, this. The security deposits that should have been mentioned BEFORE WE MOVED. Not on the drive down there. Had I know we'd need $800, by November, ON TOP OF RENT AND UTLITIES, we probably wouldn't have moved. That's an overwhelming amount of money that soon. And the pet deposit was only $150 (or so you said) and we had that. But the fact that the dog ended up going back to Ohio because there wasn't enough room to keep her there pretty much voids that. And Erin's NOWHERE NEAR 80lbs. Does this look like an 80lb dog to you? She's not even 50lbs! Christ. I told you numerous times that she was around 40lbs!

Your whole post is bullshit. Which saddens me because I never expected you to pull something like this. I don't know how you can compare us to your former roommates. Or how you can say that we screwed you over.

Makes you want to have a crack assault team at your disposal...

My advice is, ignore further trolling from that person, if possible.
