Stuff and POINTLESS UPDATE BLAH.

Rented Mirrormask the other day. I really enjoyed it. Story lagged in a few places, but the visuals made up for it. I want one of the sphinxes. <3<3
Been working. Hours were cut again this weel. 18 hours. Wow, I'll sure be able to live on that for the rest of my life. :P
But whatever. Taxes should be getting done here soon, gotta call Labor Ready and give them my address. Guess their systems crashed and they lost all the addresses and crap. :P
Still debating Anthrocon. We have roomspace, which rocks. But it's a matter of money for foods and stuff. If hours don't pick up, we probably won't be able to make it. :P I'm still debating on a dealers table, cause I don't want to deal with that stupid Artists Alley bullshit. But I don't know yet. I know I could make a nice chunk of money, at least to cover me and TJ's admission and stuff and the very minimum. But the taxes thing seems like alot of hassle.
I'm also not insanely stoked about Colossal Con. With Donnell not being there this year and a new con chair (who most everyone in the house isn't fond of), I feel there's going to be ALOT of drama and stupid shit to deal with. But that's still a ways off, as well.
Erin came to visit the other day. She's gotten bigger (30lbs!) and fixed, so no babies. She's alot calmer and doesn't maul my arm anymore. Angie fell in love with her and wants to keep her, but we need to do something about Guv first. No one in the house has time to take care of him or anything, so they're trying to find a new home for him. Rob said they might have a family wanting to take Erin, which would be nice. I'd honestly love to see her go to a stable home, but I'd also love to keep her. So I'm kinda torn. :/
I've been toiling away at a new layout for Pipedreams. I want it to look a little more professional and sleeker. If anyone wants to see or poke around at it, you can go here. Some images don't work and some pages don't either, I'll get those running eventually.
Other than that, things have been blah. Nothing happening or anything.
Goodwill, however, is having another 35% off sale tomorrow, if I remember correctly. <3<3<3

Date: 2006-02-24 06:18 am (UTC)Either by shere odd luck or random happenstance I've went. 1999 was the best when I had $2000 to throw away, which I did in the process of going and being there :P
Last year however I still owe a frend $100ish from going, so I think my luck has ran out for this year :P I doubt I'll even make it to Morphicon which is only an hour away.
