OMG. Finally, a day off of work tomorrow. I haven't had a day off since LAST Wendesday. OMG. I was in frozen today, and I just wanted to go home and sleep.

Been helping TJ with her thylacine suit she's doing now. Hand sewing, because the sewing machine's a WHORE. But whatever.

Picked up a pair of black cargos from Goodwill today *checks to make sure TJ isn't sneaking up on her with a black tank top and a pri of goggles...* And the coolest shirt ever. I love the Kliban cats.<3 Ignore the fur in my lap... I also scored a corkboard (with free thumbtacks!), a cute hyena-thing from Fab Finds, as well as some crazy trinkets (a tiny switchblade! a hotdog pendant! a stained glass mouse!) for $0.10 a piece. XD And an iron. Cause we need one. :O

And, hey, this is the only shit I've drawn in...uh...like, two or three weeks. Ugh.



Can you believe I worked on this only during breaks at work and it took me, like, a week to do. All I've fucking done is work. And yes, I like my job. And, yes, the money's nice. But, for fuck's sake, it's ALL I EVER DO. I don't have time to work on art during my breaks because they're only 15 minutes and half of that is spent buying food. And I don't/can't take lunches cause then I have to stay the extra half hour to make up for the time I lost. Ugh.

However, I really like how it came out. <3

I got a gift card for Kohl's from work the other day. Apparently, my name was pulled at the christmas party. Fuck if I haven any reason to go to Kohl's. TJ got one for Sears. Like we ever shop at Sears. For fuck's sake.

I wish I had something relavant to write about, but nothing interesting's happened.

What if that's how the character's design is? Maybe she likes it looking that way, yeesh. Hell, I have a snow leopard that isn't grey and white, will I be punished for that?

I believe that your "defense" is unwarranted. If she doesn't want critique, she can say so herself. Don't believe that your favorite artist is defenseless against minor comments; it's not like I verbally shredded the entire structure of her linework, which as far as my untrained eye can tell is clean and produces recognizable images (the goal of representative art).
