Color this, uh, mostly today. I put down the flat colors yesterday night and just whipped it together this evening after work. I like how it came out. Yes, that's my crappy handwriting in the background. Somehow, I can magically write with the tablet now. Could never do it before. x_x

There's talks of a strike going on at work. To that I say: be my guest. I'm happy with my wages and my hours and just because someone higher up wants a couple more bucks for their family vacation to the Bahamas or something next year isn't my concern. Fucking EARN your money, fuckers. You people don't appreciate what you have until it's gone. And I've lived on $20 a week. I've worked for $5.15 an hour, only getting 15 hours a week, barely able to buy food and struggle to just EXIST on a daily basis. You upper class fuckers have NO IDEA how good you have it. NO FUCKING IDEA. This infurates me to no end. I have no reason to go on strike, should it happen. I need that money to pay bills, to feed my critters, to fucking eat with. Some people don't have rich mommies and daddies to support them when they're whining about getting $6-$7 an hour. Minimum wage is $5.15 in Ohio, people, you're already getting ABOVE minimum wage. STOP FUCKING COMPLAING.

AUGH.

Tomorrow is payday, and a six hour day. So I can make it to the bank before it closes. Yay. Then I have Friday and Saturday off. Rob's supposed to be coming over on Saturday, so maybe we'll go up to Tink Hall if it's not, y'know, snowing or something stupid like that.

i really don't believe in unions. they served their purpose, now get rid of them. they're full on whiners who complain about being fired because they didn't do their job. i know there are still corrupt companies, that'll always happen. but most of the time, if you're fired or not getting your pay, you've done something wrong, then thwy go crying to the union and make the company lose money. unions are just obsolete now. at wal-mart, if we had a problem with the management, we could go TALK to them. imagine that. if you're in dire need of money, there is always mcdonald's. it's not below you, y'know? do what you have to do. hahahaa, </rant> sry. XD;

Wal-Mart's good management is going the way of Sam Walton.
I predict that Wendys will start to seriously suck in five years.

When the person holding the reigns of goodness on a corporate board dies, the board runs wild, doing everything in their power to pump the stock price as quickly as possible instead of paying attention to their behavior toward employees, environment, and customers.

Besides, in a good company, the only people who want unions in there already work for a union.

I've NEVER had a problem at my jobs that I couldn't go to a manger to talk about. If I'm going to get higher wages, I'm going to freaking EARN them. HOLY COW, WHAT A CONCEPT.

You really ought to tell these people (whoever is forming this strike) what you've told us. At least, once they've starting striking, if nothing else.

As for the pic, are those studs in her elbow and shoulder? O.o I'm so confused.

Well, I'm sure that things will be negoitated properly, as the grocery stores in NE Ohio have never gone on a strike, from what I can remember at least.

They're plugs, similar to the ones in the Matrix movies.
