The light bulb went in it. And I imagine it's probably MORE to just replace the lightbulb (which is a very thin....bulb thing) than just buy a new scanner altogether. :/

My scanner/printer/copier combo cost about $120. The real question is whether that fluorescent (or maybe halogen/neon) tube is available at retail.
