No matter what I do, I just can't please people. I go out of my fucking way to make sure my friends are happy and shit and it's just thrown back in my face. I'm so sick of being blown off and ignored and then bitched at because I didn't do the right thing or some shit.

Good people aren't respected anymore these days. Don't let it get to you. As long as you know what you did was right and that you're a good person, that's all that matters. Screw them. Even if you didn't go about whatever it was you did the proper way, if they don't at least acknowledge you for the fact that you have a heart and had good intentions, then who cares what they think. Hang in there, ok? There aren't many of us left. Don't reform because of the lack of acceptance for decent people anymore. It will pay off one day.
