Stuff and YAY!

obliviousally_ljOh boy! TJ put a certain figure drawing book I've been wanting on reserve through the inter-library loan thingie. I never thought they'd get one in, as it's insanely out of print and expensiver (at least in hardback). But they just called and they got it in! Glee! I have to actually get a copy of my own, though. Someday. Peter taught me how to draw male torsos out of this book and I actually retained it. Amazing. So you know that's got to be something.
Got most of that tank top I was working on done. [ 01 | 02 | 03 ] Ignore that horrible flesh wound (also know as: poison ivy) on my arm and the scratch on my neck (person to blame: TJ). I did the arm 'hemming' wrong, but I trimmed it down and it doesn't look too bad. Hell, most clothes these days look grungy and frayed anyhow. I need to hem the bottom and then figure out what the hell else I'm going to do with it. I look so fat. Ugh. x_x
I've also uploaded a bunch of rattie photos in the last few days. Including pictures of our newest addition, Jin. [ 01 | 02 ]. He needs a Mugen. :O
Downloaded Flash 4 last night, since MX 2004 was crashing on me. Inking in Flash is really easy. Seriously. Anything past that is a pain in the ass, though. I managed to get this done (from this picture). I don't know if I have the patience to put down any sort of shading on it yet, though. I really need to leard Illustrator. :P
No other art, still in a rut. Waiting on, like $66 from two different auctions to be sent. Augh. I have another auction that's ending tomorrow, too. That'll be another $15. Broadband bill's due ASAP, though. Can't wait too long on people. x_x TJ's got some money coming, too. And this is all that's going to keep us going until the end of the month when TJ gets paid from work.
Other than that, nothing interesting's been going on. Blah.
