Thanks to Draco and his friend Bazil, the computer seems to be running better. Of course, it was mostly cause AOL crashed and (I'm assuming) reset the connection. But, either way, things seem to be running smootly again. I'm downloading an anti-virus program (AVG) so I can see if there's anything lurking about.

I still find it amazing that, after using Windows 98 for 2-3 years without EVER having a virus scanner on it and never even having a virus, that XP manages to let one worm its way in within a few months. :P Go figure.

Now, after this is downloaded, I sleep. I'm so glad I have such patience for these things. x_x
