ENCRUSTED in dust and cobwebs. I shit you not.
I'm at work, and they wanted me to see if I could get a computer they had sitting around into running condition (mind you, this is not the one I was playing with from 1980.). So, I say sure, why not. Drag it out from the back, the inside is covered in dist and grime. I clean it out the best I can with a dry rag, and hook it up. It actually works, although it was last owned by some punk teenager and had pr0n and crap on it. But it ran Starcraft and shit too, which suprised me. It's a Gateway, too. And it still works. Holy shit. So I managed to get everything in working order, even though it's missing a bunch of .dll files and crap. Got the modem hooked up, and that's about it.
Work's about over though, so I gotta go and get around tp going to MCI to do paperwork. But I'm quite proud that I got the damn thing working. Whee!
