Stuff and UGH.
Jul. 26th, 2007 02:00 pmPingu (one of our hamsters) chewed free of her ball last night while she was out rolling around. Lovely. I'm hoping she shows up, there's alot of places to hide in the house, but not many where she could get outside. And she has a paper allergy. Lovely.
We have internet until Tuesday, unless I want to put $80 on it. Which I really don't. Ugh.
My check wasn't as much as I was hoping (it was $150 and I was hoping for, like, $180 or something). I need to save money for a plane ticket for TJ. And I need to have money to actually MOVE and it's getting very trying. Plus having money to actually LIVE.
Yesterday I invested in a new pair of $8 shoes from Gabriel Bros. They're black and Converse-y. I also scored the Nightmare game (the one with the video and the horror monsters and shit) for a whopping $1.50 from the cool thrift store in Kent that I can't remember if it's Einstien's Attic or Einstien's Closet.
TJ also spotted Pokemon Ruby for $5, so we grabbed that and will probably trade it in a make a profit.
I was supposed to mow the lawn today, but it's raining. And Camelot left a note on the door saying that if it wasn't done today, they're sending someone to do it at the price of $50 (it USED to be $25. They're just being jackholes now). And I'm REALLY worried about someone fucking up our garden. That fucking garden is, like, my pride and fucking joy. So I'll have to see if the rain lets up a bit before I have to go to work and I'll at least get the front yard done.
I just want to be moved. Wherever. Just somewhere where I don't have to fucking stress about, well, fuck. Everything.
I put in my two weeks at work yesterday, as well. And poor Angie got fired for some petty dumb shit because a customer got their panties in a twist because she misheard a roll and then offered to get them the proper one. So they complained. Assholes. I would have punched them in the face, quite frankly. This is one of the MANY reasons why I don't waitress.
I have commissions to do and all that bullshit. They'll likely have to wait a tic, cause I have too much other crap going on to even THINK about drawing right now.
Which is a damn fucking shame.
We watched Dead Silence last night. It was a pretty cool movie, despite being slow. The puppet from Saw was in it! I thought that was a cute tie to the Saw movies (cause it's made by the same people). And neither me or TJ like dummies, so we were all 'lsdkhfklsgnhasdklfhskdfnbg' at the movie. And we're masochists. Go figure. The ending was AWESOME, however. And totally unexpected.
