Stuff and RATS! AGAIN!
Aug. 23rd, 2006 05:52 pmDidn't get the job at Target. Ah well. Got a bunch more applications to put in and some other places to call. If all else fails, I can apply at West and get two weeks paid training and then quit. Cause I hate that place. And I refuse to actually do telemarketing or tech support/customer service over the phone again.

We acquired two new rats yesterday. This woman was with her family in Pet Supplies Plus and saw we had Fatty McMugen with us and she said she was looking to find a new home for the two rats she had, because her children were sticking their fingers in their cage and she didn't want them to get bit and she didn't want the rats to get hurt. So we told he we'd take them. She gave us their cage, as well. She was heartbroken over giving them up, though. But, at least she was responsible about it, instead of being a moo and wailing about her children.
So, we have an agouti named Oscar and a hooded named Stanley. They're still jittery and freak out when we hold them. But they'll take treats from us! :O
