Recap!

Somewhat. I've got a a week I need to make up for. Go!

Tuesday: Work, then home to put on less nasty and paint covered clothes to go to spiralpegasus' place! We went to eat at the Blue Moose with doomflower. The wings were great and I got jumbalaya (I'm pretty sure that's misspelled...). :9 Then we hit The Exchange, a used music/game store cause Joy was searching for the new They Might Be Giants CD. I managed to snag Rasputina's Thanks For The Ether CD for $5, which rocked. AND! I also located copies of my Ritchie Blackmore/Rainbow CDs and the Sarach McLachlan b-sides/rareties CD I'd been searching for. Both ran $10+, so I ddin't get them then. :P After that, we dropped Joy off at home and went to another used game store in search for Dreamcast stuff. I bought a Sonic Adventure Knuckles plushie. <3 Then, after TJ had digested her food a little, we went over to Parmatown to play....DDR! :D::D:D:D:D:D Me and TJ played two sets (10 songs) on Light, of course, but we got really good scores on all of them and I got a B twice on Rythym and Police! :D:D:D:D We're so hardcore. :3 Plus, I felt really good after playing it and I've noticed that I'm much lighter when playing and not as stiff as I used to be. I can just float across the pad now. This didn't quite come in handy for Kind Lady, though, as I was going a bit too fast for the music. x_x After DDR we headed up to Lakewood to see Chronicles of Riddick. TJ grabbed some Chipotle beforehand and then we made it to the theatre. Riddick was, of course, just as good a third time around. Afterwards, with the 14th creeping up within minutes, I got crampy. Aaugh. So I came home and slept.

Wednesday: Woke up, went to the stupid 'workshop' thing that the summer job program was having. All it was was the same shit I've heard about interviews and the job market and completely unrealistic portrayls of where your money goes and how interviews go. They were lucky I wasn't feeling any more belligerant, or I would have been up on that stage telling this little rich Niles twats how things work in the Real World. After that, I decided to walk up to the gas station, cause I needed food badly. I told Jessica and everyone I'd be up at work sooner or later. I get to the gas station and who do I find? Jessica with everyone in tow. She'd decided to go up there for food too and we ended up there at the same time. So I just got a ride back to the school with her, like I was originally going to do before the needing food thing. Got to work, did nothing, so I decided I felt too much like crap to be there and I went home. Me and TJ returned movies and stuff, then Rob came over to watch anime and give the computer RAM, and then I came home an slept from 5PM to 7AM. Wheee for 12+ hours of sleep! :D

Thursday: Another day of work and mowing and grass in my pants.

Friday: Work, work, work. Got to haul half a tree back to the woods and play with a hatchet. Yay!

Today is lazy day for me, as it's my day off and TJ works all day. I've got some art to scan up and whatnot and, jenova_silver? The comission is getting printed right now (I must say, I love Kinko's online ordering thing). If I acquire the cash before Friday, it'll get sent out before Friday. If not, Friday it is. :P Also, I was wondering if it's okay to post it anywhere? Or do you want me to hold off doing that until later, as it's a suprise? o_O

I've got the wanderlust again.

I blame it on the urban exploration sites I've been browsing today. I want to go adventuring. But my city is shit for that since I've been everywhere interesting that there is and I really have no one who would go out exploring with me. No offense to TJ, of course. She's just not a prone to strolling into half-colapsed buildings without a care in the world. Maybe I should go an poke around the old St. Joes hospital again. I never did find the mourge there, and the janitors really don't give a crap about one girl wandering around with a camera. I always make up some story about it being a school project and they leave me be.

But then, when I'm allowed to do it, it's not nearl as fun or as creepy. Bah.

I think I just want to get out and feel alive with friends. But, well, work and bills and the luxury of making 2AM trips to Eat-n-Park every weekend was lost years ago. Or maybe I just want all my friends here. I'm not sure what it is anymore. It's just a feeling that I get. And I don't know exactly what is is that it wants or that it means, but I know if I had these things and people that I want it would go away. Not that it's a bad feeling, so to speak, but a...wanting feeling, I think.

I've also got the urge to write and the urge to kill the computer cause it's crashed at least 5 times today cause I'm stupid and run a bunch of stuff at once cause I think 98MB of RAM is something special and allows me to do more than I could with 64BM. It doesn't. And horray for run-on sentences!

I also downloaded Linkin Park's Breaking The Habit. I have the video waiting to be downloaded somewhere around here. Cause it rocks and was directed by Watanabe. :3 I also snagged Maroon 5's Tangled and Sweetest Goodbye. I had downloaded She Will Be Loved, but it was a fucked version. Fuckers. I hate you Kazaa, but I countine to use you when you don't crash my computer.

I think I'm going to stay up all night and try to draw a bunch of stuff.

This isn't finished, and it probably never will be because I SUCK at writing sex scenes, Cause I giggle every time I type 'penis'. I blame it on my immaturaty.

But I do like what I've written so far of it. It's pretty rare when I'll read back through something I've written and not have much to complain or correct. So...yeah.
