May. 2nd, 2004 10:52 pmOkay, recap of...like, the last week:
Wednesday :: We went to the ZOO! Huzzah! It was great fun, even if the place was crawling with children for it being 11AM. Blah. But it wasn't too bad crowd-wise, since we got there early. We went to the Rainforest first. I talked to all the animals and the otters did tricks for us, but ignored everyone else. Yay! The monkeys watched me, like, all of them. They're creepy. Except for the one maiming the peanut butter coated cardboard box. He was pretty entertaining. Then we wandered and headed over to the Australian Adventure. Which I LOVE. Cause they have a GIANT Yagga tree that's decked out with a slide and all kinds of cool tree-house stuff. And you get to walk through an area with wallabies. They wanted nothing to do with me. Sad. Then we...uh...wandered more. Went up to the Northern Trek. Where the wolves are! But they were asleep. Punks. More wandering and stuff. That's mostly the extent of it. I talked to allllll over the animals and the cheetahs were actually out! Suprise, suprise! They're normally never out. Pictures from the zoo can be found here. They're the Imag files, BTW. I also bought TJ a little Painted Dog plushie. He's cute and his one ear is all floppy.
After the zoo we went up to the asian market to buy nooooooooodle bowls (cause they have the big ones and they rock). I also bought some Decorer Pocky and some Ramune soda and Ramune candy. Yum!
After that, TJ wanted to go and find the cool comic store in Akron. Akron was, as usual, far less fun than it should have been. Fun like glass in my eye. Augh. I hate the roads in downtown Akron cause they have stupid one-way streets and stupid crap like that. But I got my GENUS MALE out of it (including borrowing an issue from Noir's roomie Jon...). Mmmm...gay furry man-pr0n. Yumyum. And PB and Jay! <3<3<3<3<3
Then we went home. And I slept until 2PM....
Thursday :: I slept. And...uh...I don't remember what else.
Friday :: Work? Yeah.
Saturday :: Got paid. Went to Walmart for foods. Picked up the new OLD SCHOOL TMNT DVD. Roxxorz. Went to work. After work we went to the mall and I bought TJ a skirt she's been pining over and I got some cool green and black jelly star bracelets. Then we hopped over to Hollywood video and found GINGER SNAPS 2! This move ROCKS SO FUCKING HARD. I demand everyone to see it. >_o
Today was more work. Almost didn't go cause I was tired and dead and more dead. But I went anyhow. More money tomorrow.
