So, here I am, sitting in the bedroom, minding my own business, music up at a decent level. The apartment door opens and I hear this yelling and bitching, so I turn the music down. It's the hag, screaming about how she can't come home to a clean house, blahblahblah (mind you, the house has looked the same since it has this morning, sure, there's boxes and gerbils stuff laying around, but it's not a mess). So she goes storming back to her room, leans her fat head in the bedroom and is like '"oh, I didn't know you were home', then waddles back to her room. What an asstwat.
Work was work, except for an asshat woman. I shall recount the events to you...
Now, for those who don't know, I work at a Suncoast. It's a movie store. I work with Rob and TJ. I also work with M, G, W, and T, our boss. Obviously, those are not their names, cause I'm allowed to post Rob and TJ's name, but I'd rather not post everyone elses', as I don't really know if they'd want them posted. Espically not our boss. o_o
So, today in the store, I was handing out flyers and whatnot (it was a slow morning, even though Finding Nemo came out). I was speaking to a woman when another woman came in. I'm not going to abandon the woman I was speaking to, so I don't. I show he what she needed, and went back to ring the other woman up. Here's the dialouge:
ME :: Well, duh.
IW :: Ignorant Woman
ME: If you're all ready, I'll take your down here.
IG: *insert appalled tone here* You can't take me down here?
ME: No, that's not my register.
IG angrily shuffles down to my register, which is, like, all of 4 feet away from the other register. They're on the same counter, and the counter is -maybe- 12 feet long. If that.
IG: *insert pissed off tone here* I have to move and -I'm- the customer. You're lucky my daughter/grandaughter/whatever wants this movie.
I didn't even bother to reply to her, nor did I pitch her any of the deals we had going on. Just rang her up, told her the reciept was in the bag and happily told her to have a nice day. I could -feel- her seething. :3 T later came past me and was like 'Oh, jeeze, like it's so damn hard to move five feet'. He then proceeded to mock the woman with me. :D I love my boss.
Other than that, my day was pretty uneventful. Yep.
Matrix Revolutions TOMORROW. I'm willingly getting up early to go see it at 9AM. :9~~~~~
It's also 70-some degrees outside. Fucking gorgeous. o_o
