So, today was pretty damn good, even if I had to deal with Joann. >_<
Up at 8:30AM to go down to Coleman to do work and whatnot. Work consisted of filling out assesments and folding papers. Not too bad. Joann took me down to the Salvation Army, cause I'll be doing my other 15 hours there, and if they want, they'll hire me in. $5.50/hr, plus great health benefits. Which means I can do that until June, then do the summer program for $6.00/hr.
Then...
College.
Me and TJ are going up to Cleveland on Monday to talk with the woman from the Art Institute. And fill out applications. And she really wants to get us in there. Mostly for the school's benefit, but I get the impression that she'd like to see us get somewhere. My mom's gonna loan me some cash for the app fee. And she said she'd help us out with filling out papers and stuff. More than the hag is doing. So, screw her. We're gonna try to get sudent housing and stuff. And we've decided we'll apply for a loan if we have to. Plus, DJFS (Dept. of Job and Family Services) is willing to pay for 2 years. Woot.
So, things are looking good. And I plan on us being in college in October. ^_^
