Okay, so...me and TJ bought a tablet last night. We come home and get ready to hook it up, and realize (like we always do when we buy something for the computer), we don't have a USB port. No, wait, we have an adapter that -makes- a USB port, but it's in use by the mouse. Okay, so, we try going asout installing things, switching back and forth with the two cables, and when we get to the part about 'is your tablet on?' or whatever, we hook the tablet up, and the little light blinks, and we click yes. It then tells us that it can't find the tablet and blahblahblah. Now, my question is, has anyone else had this problem? And, does anyone how what type of USB adapter to buy to fix it? >_>
And if you're wondering why our computer has no USB port, it was put together by someone, for Matt, who loaned it to us. :P
Argh. >_<
So...blew all but $50 of my $185 I had yesterday. Maybe...$25 of it on myself. o_o I bought some long fingerless black gloves. *glee* :D And I bought art stuffs. A new Nexus pen (that's the new one I've been using), and some new erasers. I need to pick up a new sketchbook when I get the chance. I bought TJ the new guys Megatron shirt they had at Hot Topic. It's all grayscale and creepy. o_o And I also got her a little pink and purple beany bat. :D It's so tiny. I also bought some pads. :P Cause I'm sure I'm gonna need 'em soon. -_- What else did I spend my money on? Bought a cool dog tag necklace from Party Max. Might get something engraved on it. Ummm...I don't know... o_o TJ bought the Sims Unleashed, though. :D I haven't gotten arounf to playing it yet. :P
Oh yeah, when we were driving home, we got pulled over. Just a note, all Warren cops are pricks. I tell you why. He comes up to the car (never got his name) and asks TJ if she knows it's dark out. Umm...duh. And TJ realizes that she hadn't pulled the thing out for her lights all the way, so her headlights weren't on. So he asks her if she's drunk. Right. Then mentions that she has on her 'g-money pimpin' lights' on. The 'g-money pimpin' light' is a small, neon red glowy light mounted above the rearview mirror. >_< So he says that he's gonna run her license, and if it's clean, he'll let her go with a verbal. It comes back clean. And he leans in (the second time, actually), looks over to me, and asks if I have my seat belt on. Ha-HA NARC BOY!! We have the automatic belts that go over you when you close the door. Mwha. I causally show him my belt. He gets this 'damn' look and tells us when can go. Fooled you, bitch cop! So me and TJ complained to each other about that. And nevermind that while he had us pulled over, there were tons of cars speeding past. He shouldn't even had had to check her license. Just tell 'er to turn the lights on, and don't let it happen again. >_< Fuckin' cops.
I'm very sleepy. And hungry. So I think I'm gonna woarm up my burbon chicken. :9 And I've gotta search for S.T.A.R.S. outfits for TJ, cause I do believe we're doing the Resident Evil deal for Halloween. Which means I have to invest in alot of scar kits. Cause I'm not wearing one of those cheesy outfits. :D And I need to find clothes I can tear up. ^_^
